December 04, 2016
Elon University at Georgetown 1:30 PM ET
Georgetown hoped to use a four-game stretch against lesser opponents to build momentum heading into its highly-anticipated rivalry game against Syracuse later this month. It's so far, so good halfway through for the Hoyas as they seek their third consecutive win against Elon on Sunday.
Florida International at South Carolina 2:00 PM ET
After seven straight wins to start the season, No. 23 South Carolina is hoping that 2016-17 turns into the special season it hoped it would have last year. Sunday will certainly be a special day for Gamecocks coach Frank Martin, whose team will host his alma mater Florida International.
Marquette at Georgia 2:00 PM ET
Marquette clicked offensively in averaging 98.3 points per game during a 3-0 homestand, but now the challenge is to take that production on the road for the only road contest of the month Sunday at Georgia. The Golden Eagles had five players average in double figures during victories per IUPUI, Houston Baptist and Western Carolina, led by Luke Fischer’s 17 points per game, and return home after Sunday to play their final five games of December.
Coppin St. at Clemson 2:00 PM ET
After earning its first ACC/Big Ten Challenge victory since 2011, Clemson begins the soft portion of its non-conference schedule when it hosts Coppin State on Sunday afternoon. Donte Grantham was huge down the stretch against Nebraska, hitting a 3-pointer, a free throw and grabbing two defensive rebounds for the Tigers, who take on the winless Eagles.
Radford at North Carolina 2:00 PM ET
North Carolina fed the perception it was one of the best teams in college basketball by taking care of business in paradise right before Thanksgiving, only to look like it went on vacation during the first part of its loss to Indiana on Wednesday. The third-ranked Tar Heels strive for a more complete effort Sunday when they begin a three-game homestand against Radford.
Delaware State at Southern Methodist 3:00 PM ET

SMU is at home through Christmas, and the Mustangs continue their season-long six-game homestand Sunday by hosting Delaware State. The home stretch tipped off Friday night with a 49-43 win over Cal State Bakersfield.

Florida St. at George Washington 4:00 PM ET
Well-rested Florida State plays its first game in nearly a week on Sunday when it visits George Washington, which will be hosting a second team from the Sunshine State in 24 hours. The Seminoles, who feature a deep bench that coach Leonard Hamilton takes full advantage of, defeated Minnesota 72-65 on Monday, while the Colonials are coming off of a dramatic, last-second 68-67 win over South Florida on Saturday afternoon.
SE Missouri St. at Indiana 4:00 PM ET
Indiana will attempt to complete a four-game, eight-day stretch unbeaten when the 10th-ranked Hoosiers host Southeast Missouri State on Sunday afternoon. Indiana rolled over SIU-Edwardsville 83-60 on Friday just 48 hours after an emotional 76-67 victory over No. 3 North Carolina when it lost starting forward OG Anunoby indefinitely with a high ankle sprain.
Georgia St at Mississippi St. 5:00 PM ET
Mississippi State’s hopes for contending in the SEC suffered a huge blow when leading scorer Quinndary Weatherspoon appeared lost for the season with a wrist injury, but the All-SEC guard will be on the floor for Sunday’s home game against Georgia State. Weatherspoon, who doctors determined could play through the injury, scored 21 points in his return and provided a huge boost as the Bulldogs blasted Oregon State 74-57 on Thursday.
No.Carolina A&T at Notre Dame 5:00 PM ET
Notre Dame looks to continue its unbeaten streak to start the 2016-17 season when it hosts non-conference foe North Carolina A&T on Sunday. The Irish are a perfect 7-0 after topping Big Ten foe Iowa fairly easily at home Tuesday.
Bowling Green at Cincinnati 8:00 PM ET
Fresh off its impressive victory at No. 21 Iowa State, Cincinnati returns home riding a four-game winning streak to face Bowling Green on Sunday. The Bearcats ended the Cyclones' 37-game home winning streak against non-conference foes last time out.
