Wake Forest at Richmond 12:00 PM ET
Getting two of its top players back on track will be critical for Wake Forest if it hopes to escape Saturday's game at Richmond with a victory. John Collins and Bryant Crawford were plagued by familiar foes, which in Collins' case is foul trouble and in Bryant's case turnovers, during Wednesday's loss to Northwestern in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
UCLA at Kentucky 12:30 PM ET
Saturday's showdown between No. 1 Kentucky and No. 9 UCLA before some 23,500 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Ky., and millions on TV could more resemble a track meet rather than an elite college basketball game between undefeated teams. Each squad averages less than 14 seconds per possession and Arizona State coach Bobby Hurley told reporters "I don’t think I’ve seen a faster team in my years of coaching'' after Kentucky dismantled his team 115-69 on Monday.
Georgia Tech at Tennessee 1:00 PM ET
A 10-day break has provided Tennessee coach Rick Barnes an opportunity to assess his team’s progress – and despite losses in three of five games, he is optimistic as the Volunteers return to action Saturday at home against Georgia Tech. Tennessee pushed ranked teams Wisconsin and Oregon at the Maui Invitational before a victory over Chaminade on Nov. 23 in which Robert Hubbs III scored a career-high 28 points.
Memphis at Mississippi 1:00 PM ET
Ole Miss flirted with disaster against lower-level competition earlier this year, but they were bitten Wednesday at home against Middle Tennessee. Coach Andy Kennedy hopes his club learned its lesson before the talented Lawson brothers from Memphis visit Saturday.
Oklahoma at Wisconsin 1:00 PM ET
Wisconsin concludes a stretch during which it will have played three of the four teams that made up the Final Four last season when its hosts Oklahoma on Saturday afternoon. The Badgers started the stretch with a 71-56 loss to North Carolina, which lost in the 2016 NCAA title game to Villanova, in the final of the Maui Invitational on Nov. 23 and, after a 95-50 home win of Prairie View A&M, dispatched of another Final Four participant, Syracuse, 77-60, on Tuesday night at the Kohl Center.
Kennesaw St. at Michigan 1:00 PM ET
Michigan looks to put a disappointing week in the rearview mirror when it hosts Kennesaw State on Saturday. The Wolverines have dropped two of their last three games, including a 61-46 loss to 23rd-ranked South Carolina, to fall out of the Top 25 after just a one-week stay, and blew a double-digit lead with under eight minutes remaining in the 73-70 home defeat to Virginia Tech as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Wednesday.
Dartmouth at Boston College 1:00 PM ET
In an otherwise sluggish start for a rebuilding Boston College program, sophomore Jerome Robinson is providing a reason for optimism. Robinson will try to keep his hot streak going when he leads the Eagles into a Saturday afternoon matchup with visiting Dartmouth.
Central Florida at Massachusetts 1:00 PM ET
A pair of 5-1 teams do battle when Central Florida plays its first true road game of the season Saturday at Massachusetts. The teams, who meet for the second straight season, took different routes to their respective win totals with the Knights capturing all five by at least 16 points and the Minutemen securing all five by 14 points or fewer.
St. Joseph's at Villanova 1:00 PM ET
No. 2 Villanova cruised in its Big 5 opener Tuesday and can make it back-to-back wins against Philadelphia opponents Saturday when it hosts Saint Joseph's in the "Holy War." The defending national champion Wildcats rolled over Pennsylvania 82-57 their last time out and set a record for most consecutive Big 5 wins (15) in the process.
South Florida at George Washington 2:00 PM ET
USF's young team looks to make it three wins in a row on Saturday as it visits George Washington, which is coming off a victory over Harvard that ended a three-game losing streak. The Bulls, one of only four Division I teams without a senior on its roster, have shown positive signs thanks in part to the play of a trio of newcomers and can move to within three games of last year's win total with a victory over the Colonials..
South Dakota at Nebraska 2:00 PM ET
With two top-12 teams coming up soon on the schedule, Nebraska doesn't have the luxury of wondering what might have been had it been able to put together a full 40 minutes in each of its last two setbacks. The Cornhuskers attempt to end a three-game losing streak against a familiar face Saturday when former Nebraska assistant Craig Smith brings South Dakota to Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Nebraska Omaha at Iowa 2:00 PM ET
Iowa looks to end a three-game slide when it hosts Omaha on Saturday. The Hawkeyes lost back-to-back games in the Emerald Coast Classic, prompting Fran McCaffery to insert three new freshman starters against Notre Dame, but despite an encouraging display, they fell to the Fighting Irish 92-78 in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge to fall below .500 for the first time since 2010.
West Virginia at Virginia 2:00 PM ET
Sixth-ranked Virginia showed it has the ability to rally from a double-digit margin against a strong team last time out and gets a major ball handling test Saturday when No. 19 West Virginia pays a visit for the first time in 41 years. The Cavaliers trailed by as many as 16 points in the first half before battling back to beat Ohio State 63-61 on Wednesday, and faces a West Virginia team that leads the nation in turnovers forced.
Morehead St. at Purdue 2:00 PM ET

Coming off its second loss to a fellow top-25 team in the last three weeks, No. 16 Purdue returns home to host Morehead State on Saturday. The Eagles, of the Ohio Valley Conference, are dealing with their own issues, having lost four straight after a 2-0 start.

Rice at Texas Tech 2:00 PM ET
Texas Tech will put a long home win streak on the line when Rice visits Saturday afternoon. The Red Raiders have won 24 consecutive nonconference home games, including a 5-0 start to this season.
Western Kentucky at Missouri 3:00 PM ET

Missouri hopes to rebound from one of the worst losses in the program’s recent history when it hosts Western Kentucky on Saturday for a non-conference matchup. The Hilltoppers are looking to snap a three-game losing streak and are 0-4 away from home.

Illinois at VCU 3:00 PM ET

Illinois’ biggest win of the season - an 88-74 victory over North Carolina State on Tuesday - not only ended a three-game losing streak, but was a much-needed boost entering a very tough matchup with VCU on Saturday in the Hoophall Miami Invitational. VCU enters the matchup with a three-game winning streak and a 6-1 record.

Stanford at Kansas 3:30 PM ET
When Stanford coach Jerod Haase studies this year's Kansas squad, he might be reminded of the dynamic Jayhawks teams that he helped lead to three consecutive conference titles in the mid-1990s. Haase will get a closer look Saturday as the Cardinal visit the fifth-ranked Jayhawks, who have won six in a row following a season-opening overtime loss to Indiana in Hawaii.
Xavier at Baylor 3:30 PM ET
No. 11 Baylor attempts to knock off its fourth ranked team in the first month of the season when the Bears host No. 7 Xavier on Saturday afternoon in one of the nation’s marquee matchups of the weekend. Baylor boasts wins over Oregon, Michigan State and Louisville – the final two while winning the Battle 4 Atlantis – and will be tested by one of the country’s most talented backcourt trios.
North Florida at Syracuse 4:00 PM ET
After consecutive losses against quality opponents, No. 24 Syracuse is desperate for a victory heading into Saturday's home tilt with North Florida. The Orange fell to South Carolina and Wisconsin by a combined 31 points in the last week and really struggled offensively in each contest.
Alcorn St. at California 4:00 PM ET
With each passing game, California preseason All-American Ivan Rabb is showing why he could be among the top few picks in next year’s NBA Draft. The 6-foot-11 sophomore looks to become even more assertive Saturday as the Bears face visiting Alcorn State, which continues its six-game, 30-day road trip after falling to San Francisco 78-65 on Wednesday.
Tulsa at Arkansas-Little Rock 4:00 PM ET
Tulsa looks to build on its current three-game winning streak when it travels to face non-conference foe Little Rock on Saturday afternoon. The Golden Hurricane have won their last three in a strong rebound from a 27-point loss at Wichita State midway through November.
Central Arkansas at Butler 4:00 PM ET
Butler looks to extend its season-opening winning streak to eight games when it hosts Central Arkansas on Saturday. The No. 18 Bulldogs are coming off impressive back-to-back victories over Pac-12 Conference contenders Utah and No. 15 Arizona.
Pennsylvania at Temple 4:00 PM ET
Temple has enjoyed some thrilling moments during its current four-game winning streak. The Owls hope their good fortune continues Saturday when they host Pennsylvania in a battle between Philadelphia rivals.
Oral Roberts at Michigan St 4:30 PM ET
After another rough showing away from home, Michigan State returns to the Breslin Center looking to pick up a win against non-conference foe Oral Roberts on Saturday. The Spartans lost to Duke on Tuesday night in a game that was close most of the way, but coach Tom Izzo’s young squad is still trying to put together a full 40 minutes to get a big win.
Fairleigh Dickinson at Ohio St. 4:30 PM ET
Ohio State returns home to host Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday afternoon after suffering its first loss of the season, a tough 63-61 decision at No. 6 Virginia in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. But the Buckeyes, who last season missed the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008, served notice they have the talent to make a deep run in March.
Boston U at N.C. State 4:30 PM ET
North Carolina State Dennis Smith Jr. got his first taste of what life in the ACC could be like in the form of his first hostile crowd and looks to bounce back when the Wolfpack hosts Boston University on Saturday. Smith was held to 12 points after averaging 24 over his previous four contests as N.C. State lost to Illinois 88-74 on Tuesday in its first true road game, falling to 0-2 versus Power 5 teams with a 112-94 neutral-site setback to No. 12 Creighton on Nov. 20 also on its resume.
Rhode Island at Providence 4:30 PM ET
Fresh off an upset loss on the road, No. 25 Rhode Island will try to recover when it visits Providence on Saturday in the 127th - and one of the more anticipated - meetings in this Ocean State rivalry. A second-half rally fell short as the Rams dropped a 65-62 decision at Valparaiso on Tuesday in a game they hope will trigger improvement going forward.
Prairie View A&M at Houston 5:00 PM ET
Houston coach Kelvin Sampson wants his Cougars to do a better job rebounding. The Cougars will get a chance Saturday when they host a Prairie View A&M team that has been outrebounded by double digits in five games.
North Carolina Central at East Carolina 5:00 PM ET
East Carolina continues to dominate at home with five victories to start the season, extending its streak to 18 over non-conference opponents. The Pirates put that streak on the line when they host upstart North Carolina Central on Saturday.
Wright St. at Penn St. 5:00 PM ET
Josh Reaves, one of the most highly-touted recruits to ever come to Penn State, was known for his defense during his freshman season. The 6-4 lefthander added some clutch offense Tuesday and the Nittany Lions will likely need more Saturday when offensive-minded Wright State visits.
Wofford at Miami-Florida 5:30 PM ET
Miami (Fla.) will look to build on its 73-61 win against Rutgers that included a strong performance by five-star recruit Dewan Huell when it hosts Wofford on Saturday. The 6-foot-11 freshman scored 12 of his 14 points in a second half Wednesday, playing a big role in a 17-0 Miami run that put the game out of reach as the Hurricanes handed the Scarlet Knights their first loss of the season.
Maine at Duke 5:30 PM ET

Duke aims to continue its dominance at Cameron Indoor Stadium when it hosts Maine for a non-conference tune-up on Saturday. The fourth-ranked Blue Devils have won 130 consecutive non-conference home games dating to 2000.

Gonzaga at Arizona 5:30 PM ET

Gonzaga has proven it can take on the big boys time and again, but it has had a rough history against fellow perennial power Arizona. The eighth-ranked Bulldogs get another shot Saturday, when they take on the 15th-ranked Wildcats at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

New Orleans at Washington St. 6:00 PM ET
Washington State finished last in the Pac-12 last season and still is trying to find some momentum this campaign as it heads into a Saturday afternoon matchup against visiting New Orleans. The Cougars haven't played a very difficult schedule thus far, with No. 12 Creighton being their only ranked opponent, but still have suffered disappointing losses to low-major teams San Jose State and Loyola (Chi.).
Savannah State at Oregon 6:00 PM ET
Oregon coach Dana Altman’s team is off to a 6-2 start, but it’s hardly been smooth sailing for the 20th-ranked Ducks. Altman’s squad looks to take another step forward Saturday as they continue their nine-game homestand against visiting Savannah State, which was picked to finish 11th in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference preseason poll.
DePaul at Northwestern 7:00 PM ET

A much-anticipated matchup between DePaul and Northwestern Saturday is not only a battle for bragging rights in Chicago, it’s a chance for both teams to make noise on a national level. Each school, located less than 15 miles apart, showed signs of being worthy of Top 25 consideration this season.

Oregon St. at Charlotte 7:00 PM ET
Oregon State won't have leading scorer Tres Tinkle back until later this month, at the earliest, but the Beavers should have another key player in the lineup Saturday when they travel to Charlotte for a nonconference game. Stephen Thompson Jr. returned Thursday following a six-game absence with a foot injury and scored 20 points at Mississippi State, though he couldn't prevent Oregon State from losing for the fifth time in the last six games.
Morgan St. at Rutgers 7:00 PM ET
Rutgers coach Steve Pikiell admitted his team probably wasn't ready for a game against a high-caliber team on Wednesday, and it showed in a 72-61 loss to Miami. The previously unbeaten Scarlet Knights won't have much time to dwell on the loss as they host Morgan State on Saturday.
Austin Peay at Arkansas 8:00 PM ET
Arkansas seeks its second three-game winning streak of the young season when it continues a lengthy stay at home against Austin Peay on Saturday. The Razorbacks have rebounded from their lone loss of the season with consecutive wins over Mount St. Mary's and Stephen F. Austin to begin a string of six straight contests at Bud Walton Arena.
Vanderbilt at Minnesota 8:00 PM ET
Vanderbilt looks to keep the momentum of a two-game winning streak going Saturday when it travels to face Minnesota, which hopes to bounce back from its first loss of the season. The contest will be played at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D., where Minnesota played last year against Oklahoma State as a home game away from home.
Arkansas St. at Texas Christian 8:00 PM ET
After kicking off a rare back-to-back series against Washington with a comfortable 14-point victory, TCU coach Jamie Dixon gave his team an empassioned speech about coming out even hungrier in the rematch - and the team promptly fell behind by 17 points midway through the first half. The Horned Frogs stormed back for the victory and will look to stretch their season-opening winning streak to eight games when they host Arkansas State on Saturday.
Akron at Creighton 8:00 PM ET
Creighton has yet to play a game closer than seven points, and it is no small wonder why when it continues to dominate the second half like it has lately. The 12th-ranked Bluejays eye their first 8-0 start in 13 years Saturday when they host their second straight MAC opponent in Akron.
Brigham Young at Southern California 8:00 PM ET
USC's best start in 16 years has been tempered by what apparently is a serious knee injury to second-leading scorer Bennie Boatwright, but the team needs to move on, beginning with Saturday's game against BYU at Staples Center. Boatwright, a 6-10 forward who missed the first two games of the season with back spasms, went down three minutes into Wednesday's victory at San Diego and needed to be helped to the locker room at halftime.
UNLV at Arizona State 8:00 PM ET
It was certainly no day at the beach for Arizona State which suffered a 115-69 beating by top-ranked Kentucky on Monday in what was billed as the Atlantis Showcase on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The Sun Devils will try and get back on the winning track Saturday night when they host rebuilding UNLV.
Kansas St. at Saint Louis 8:00 PM ET

Kansas State bounced back from its first setback of the season with a win over Green Bay on Wednesday night and will look to continue the momentum Saturday at Saint Louis. It will be the first true road game for the Wildcats, who are 5-0 at home so far and 1-1 in neutral-site contests.

Auburn at UAB 8:30 PM ET
Auburn has finished well enough to win five of its first six games, but coach Bruce Pearl wants to see a better second-half performance from his team Saturday at UAB. The Tigers have been hindered by poor defensive efforts after halftime - such as allowing 51 second-half points in Tuesday’s 90-83 victory over USC Upstate, after nearly blowing a 15-point lead last week against Texas Tech before a poor second half against Purdue resulted in their only loss.
Oklahoma St. at Maryland 9:00 PM ET
Oklahoma State features one of the nation’s top scoring offenses entering Saturday’s non-conference contest at No. 22 Maryland, but head coach Brad Underwood continues to be concerned with his defense. The Cowboys are allowing 82.7 points per game and surrendered 85 in Wednesday’s victory over Division II Rogers State - and Underwood knows his team must be better at slowing opposing offenses.
Louisville at Grand Canyon 9:00 PM ET
Louisville coach Rick Pitino called himself out for an unwillingness to trust his bench as his team failed to hold onto a 22-point lead in the title game of the Battle 4 Atlantis last weekend, but his reserves made a case to play with their effort their last time out. The 14th-ranked Cardinals should have an opportunity to build their depth against lower-level opponents over the next five games, however, and begin that stretch Saturday at Grand Canyon.
Colorado at Portland 10:00 PM ET

Colorado tipped off a key stretch of nonconference games Wednesday night with a disappointing home loss to Colorado State. That stretch picks back up Saturday as the Buffaloes hit the road for their first true road game – a date with an improved Portland program.
