DePaul featured the second-highest scoring offense in the Big East this season, and the Blue Demons remain red hot offensively entering the opening game of the College Basketball Invitational championship series Monday at South Florida. DePaul has scored 90 or more points in six of its past seven games, including a 92-87 victory Thursday over Coastal Carolina that sent the Blue Demons into the best-of-three title series with Game 2 on Wednesday at DePaul.
