Northwestern at Purdue 12:00 PM ET
Purdue looks to snap its five-game losing streak when it hosts Northwestern in the final game of the Big Ten regular season on Sunday. The Boilermakers are coming off a 76-70 setback to No. 11 Wisconsin and have lost their last three games -- all to ranked teams -- by a combined 14 points as they will miss the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row. "We've just got to keep working on things, keep on plugging," coach Matt Painter told reporters.
Virginia at Maryland 12:00 PM ET
The ACC regular-season title may be locked up, but Sunday's game at Maryland still means a great deal to No.5 Virginia. With a win, the Cavaliers can become the first team to win 17 ACC games and seniors Akil Mitchell, Joe Harris and Thomas Rogers can finish their careers undefeated against Virginia's biggest rivals - Virginia Tech and Maryland. "This means everything to us," Mitchell told the school website.
Syracuse at Florida St. 2:00 PM ET
A Syracuse team that once was 25-0 and ranked No. 1 in the country suddenly is desperate for a victory as it closes out the regular season at Florida State on Sunday. The seventh-ranked Orange have lost four of five, and their last three wins have come by a total of five points, giving Jim Boeheim plenty of reasons to be concerned with the ACC tournament right around the corner. "We have to score," Boeheim said after Wednesday's home loss to Georgia Tech. "That's the problem."
Saint Louis at Massachusetts 2:00 PM ET
A late-season swoon has taken some steam out of Saint Louis, and the No. 16 Billikens attempt to avoid their fourth consecutive loss when they visit Massachusetts in Sunday’s Atlantic 10 matchup. Saint Louis has lost three straight contests for the first time since the 2010-11 campaign but did clinch a share of the conference crown and the No. 1 seed for the postseason tourney during the current skid. The Minutemen have won four of their last five games.
Indiana St. at Wichita St. 2:05 PM ET
Unbeaten Wichita State seeks its first Missouri Valley Conference tournament crown since 1987 when it takes on Indiana State in the title game Sunday in St. Louis. The Shockers ran their remarkable record to 33-0 with a 67-42 rout of Missouri State in the semifinals on Saturday, becoming the third team in Division I history to boast such an impressive mark. A win Sunday would all but ensure a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament and would equal UNLV's record 34-0 start from the 1990-91 season.
Michigan St at Ohio St. 4:30 PM ET
The back half of the Big Ten slate has not been particularly kind to either Ohio State or Michigan State, and both still have work to do. The Spartans will attempt to earn the No. 2 seed in the Big Ten tournament when they visit the Buckeyes on Sunday. Ohio State dropped its last two games to fall out of position for a first-round bye in the conference tournament and is looking at the No. 5 seed depending on how things shake out in the final weekend.
Penn St. at Minnesota 5:15 PM ET
Penn State is coming off its best defensive showing against a Division I program in 62 years as it enters Sunday’s road game against Minnesota. The Nittany Lions routed Northwestern 59-32 on Thursday for their fewest points allowed to a major program since a 24-9 victory over Pittsburgh on March 1, 1952. Slumping Minnesota has lost seven of 10 games and needs a victory to clinch the No. 7 seed for the upcoming Big Ten tournament.
Boston College at N.C. State 6:00 PM ET
Two of the ACC's top scorers will go head to head when North Carolina State hosts Boston College on Sunday in a regular-season finale. T.J. Warren led the Wolfpack to a stunning upset of Pittsburgh on Monday with a career-high 41 points, becoming the fourth player in conference history to score 40 points in the last 17 years. The historic performance was Warren's eighth 30-point game of the season and he continues to lead the conference in scoring at 24.2 points per game.
Wisconsin at Nebraska 7:30 PM ET
In just his second season at Nebraska, Tim Miles has done the impossible - getting Cornhusker fans talking about basketball over spring football. Sunday night's Big Ten regular-season finale against No. 11 Wisconsin is sold out and no standing room tickets are being sold because school officials are expecting a record number of students to attend, with many expected to stand on an open concourse in the arena. "We seat (about) 15,200, and I anticipate over 16,000 people being there," Miles said.
