February 21, 2018
Georgia at South Carolina 6:30 PM ET
Georgia travels to South Carolina on Wednesday, and even though they each occupy space near the bottom of the SEC standings, both teams enter the matchup following huge victories against ranked opponents. The Bulldogs defeated No. 19 Tennessee at home 73-62 on Saturday, giving Georgia as many victories in its past two games (two) as it had recorded in its previous 10, while the Gamecocks snapped a six-game losing streak with an 84-75 home upset of No. 13 Auburn.
Xavier at Georgetown 6:30 PM ET
The first time No. 4 Xavier lost to Villanova earlier this season, it went on a nine-game winning streak. And with a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament still in play, the Musketeers will need a similar bounce-back from their latest defeat at the hands of the rival Wildcats as they prepare for a Wednesday night Big East encounter with host Georgetown.
Seton Hall at Providence 6:30 PM ET
With its season on the line, Desi Rodriguez came up with the biggest game of his career for Seton Hall, which will go for a second straight victory Wednesday in a Big East game at Providence. The senior overcame a slow start to score a career-high 33 points Sunday as the Pirates narrowly defeated DePaul to end a four-game skid that had threatened their postseason hopes.
Georgia Tech at Virginia 7:00 PM ET
Second-ranked Virginia rebounded last week following its lone loss in ACC play, and hosts Georgia Tech on Wednesday looking to lock up the top seed for next month’s conference tournament and capture a share of the regular-season league title for the third time in five years. The Cavaliers beat Miami (Fla.) 59-50 on Feb. 13, using their nation-leading defense to limit the Hurricanes to 38.3 percent shooting from the field three days after a stunning overtime home loss to Virginia Tech.
Clemson at Virginia Tech 7:00 PM ET
Virginia Tech returns home after a successful three-game road trip to host No. 17 Clemson in a key ACC battle Wednesday night. The Hokies went 2-1 away from Blacksburg, Va., with wins at No. 2 Virginia and Georgia Tech, and can pull even with the Tigers in the crowded ACC standings with a victory.
North Carolina at Syracuse 7:00 PM ET
Syracuse posted an important road victory last time out and looks to add to its NCAA Tournament resume when 10th-ranked North Carolina pays a visit to the Carrier Dome on Wednesday for an ACC contest. The Orange won for the third time in four contests Saturday with a 62-55 triumph at Miami (Fla.) and would go a long way toward sealing a spot in the Big Dance by ending North Carolina’s five-game winning streak.
Michigan at Penn St. 7:00 PM ET
No. 16 Michigan looks to continue its winning ways when it hits the road to face Penn State on Wednesday. The Wolverines have won five of their last six games, including an impressive a 74-62 victory against 15th-ranked Ohio State on Sunday to reach 11 Big Ten wins for the first time since the 2013-14 season, and hope to improve their NCAA Tournament seeding by notching another potential Quadrant 1 victory.
Southern Methodist at East Carolina 7:00 PM ET
SMU is fighting its way to the end of the season with a shrinking roster and had only seven scholarship players available during a loss at UCF on Sunday. The shorthanded Mustangs will try to end a five-game slide when they continue the road trip at East Carolina on Wednesday.
Texas Tech at Oklahoma State 7:00 PM ET
No. 7 Texas Tech will have to wait until it arrives at Oklahoma State on Wednesday to see if its top player will be ready to go. Senior guard Keenan Evans, the Big 12's second-leading scorer, is listed as day-to-day after leaving Saturday's loss at Baylor with a toe injury.
Tulane at Wichita St. 7:30 PM ET
Wichita State is coming off a huge statement game and must guard against a letdown when it hosts struggling Tulane on Wednesday in an American Athletic Conference game.  The No. 12 Shockers ended No. 11 Cincinnati's 39-game home winning streak with a 76-72 victory Sunday, serving notice that their senior-laden team is more than capable of being a major player in the NCAA Tournament.
Texas Christian at Iowa State 8:00 PM ET

Iowa State may be in the basement of the Big 12 Conference but it will have a more pressing concern when it hosts TCU on Wednesday. The Cyclones, who lost 78-66 to Kansas State on Saturday, could be without three starters and in a worst-case scenario, could suit up just six players.

Alabama at Auburn 8:30 PM ET
No. 13 Auburn must deal with adversity as it attempts to maintain a lead atop the SEC and avoid getting swept in the season series by visiting Alabama on Wednesday night. The Tigers lost starting forward and SEC blocked shot leader Anfernee McLemore for the season with a fractured tibia and dislocated ankle while leading scorer Bryce Brown aggravated a foot injury in Saturday’s 84-75 loss at South Carolina.
St. John's at Marquette 8:30 PM ET
Something has gotten into St. John's of late and no team knows that better than Marquette, which will try to avenge last week's Big East road loss to the Red Storm as the teams renew hostilities Wednesday night in Milwaukee. The Golden Eagles dropped an eight-point decision to a St. John's team that was coming off stunning wins over Duke and Villanova - and avoiding a season sweep will require finding a way to slow down Shamorie Ponds.
DePaul at Villanova 8:30 PM ET
In the midst of a challenging road stretch, No. 3 Villanova returns home to take on DePaul on Wednesday in a Big East game. This is the only home contest in a five-game stretch for the Wildcats, who have defeated the Blue Demons 15 straight times - including an 18-point rout in Chicago in late December.
Louisville at Duke 9:00 PM ET
Duke is making another one of its patented late-season runs -- and it is doing so without the services of its leading scorer and rebounder, Marvin Bagley III. It's unclear if Bagley will be available when the fifth-ranked Blue Devils go for their fourth consecutive victory against visiting Louisville on Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Wake Forest at Pittsburgh 9:00 PM ET

Pittsburgh is running out of time to pick up a win in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Its next chance to end its school-record 15-game losing streak comes Wednesday when struggling Wake Forest visits in the lone meeting between the teams this season.

Iowa at Minnesota 9:00 PM ET
Iowa is trying to fight its way off the bottom of the Big Ten standings and is mired in a five-game losing streak with two contests remaining in the regular season. The Hawkeyes, who rank among the worst defensive teams in Division I, will try to snap the slide against one of the few teams they've beaten this season when they travel to Minnesota on Wednesday.
Florida at Tennessee 9:00 PM ET
Fresh off a rough weekend with losses in very winnable SEC games, Florida and Tennessee get set to battle Wednesday night in Knoxvillle in a key matchup in the race for the SEC Tournament's top four seeds. Both schools have four games left and the 19th-ranked Volunteers sit alone in second place in the conference (9-5) after their 73-62 loss to Georgia while the Gators, despite five losses in their last seven games, are right behind them in a four-way third-place tie (8-6).
Central Florida at Tulsa 9:00 PM ET
Central Florida looks to extend its current three-game win streak and make a big step towards a first-round bye in the American Athletic Conference tournament when it travels to face Tulsa on Wednesday. The Knights trail the Golden Hurricane – winners of five in a row -- by a game in the league standings, and the two teams would be tied for fourth place with a UCF win, which would also give the Knights the tiebreaker between the two.
Texas at Kansas State 9:00 PM ET
Texas and Kansas State both enter Wednesday's Big 12 contest needing to bolster their NCAA Tournament resume. The Wildcats seem safe after winning three of four while the visiting Longhorns revived their hopes with Saturday's upset of Oklahoma.
San Jose St. at Nevada 10:00 PM ET
Despite losing starting point guard Lindsey Drew for the season with an Achilles injury and playing with just seven scholarship players, No. 22 Nevada took control of the Mountain West Conference race with a pair of impressive road wins at Boise State and Utah State last week. The Wolf Pack can clinch at least a share of the regular-season title with two wins at home this week starting with Wednesday night's contest with cellar-dweller San Jose State.
Southern California at Colorado 10:30 PM ET

USC won both games of a homestand against the Oregon schools last week but lost a key cog in second-leading scorer and rebounder Bennie Boatwright. The tied-for-second place but adjusting-on-the-fly Trojans now embark on their final road trip of the season, starting with Wednesday night’s game at Colorado.
