February 17, 2018
Southern Methodist at Central Florida 11:00 AM ET
SMU's once-promising season has slipped away, and Central Florida is attempting to avoid a similar fate. Two middle-of-the-pack teams in the American Athletic Conference face off Saturday on the Knights' home court.
Syracuse at Miami-Florida 12:00 PM ET
Miami looks to rebound from only its second home loss of the year as it hosts Syracuse in an important ACC matchup Saturday. The Orange are basically in a must-win situation if they hope to make the NCAA Tournament as they face ranked teams in three of their final four games after Saturday.
Virginia Tech at Georgia Tech 12:00 PM ET
Virginia Tech wraps up a three-game road trip Saturday at Georgia Tech looking to continue its late-season surge, a stretch during which the Hokies have won five of their past seven to move into a tie for sixth place in the ACC standings. Despite Wednesday’s 22-point loss at No. 10 Duke, the Hokies keep improving their NCAA tournament resume - highlighted by an upset of third-ranked Virginia last week - but cannot afford a mistake against a Georgia Tech team riding a four-game losing streak.
Providence at Butler 12:00 PM ET
Providence followed up a disappointing home loss with an exhilarating win and now will try to avoid a letdown on the road when it visits Butler for a key Big East clash Saturday afternoon. After an ugly loss to struggling DePaul put a stain on the Friars' postseason resume, they found new life with a 76-71 victory over No. 2 Villanova on Wednesday.
Texas at Oklahoma 12:00 PM ET
Oklahoma was still very much in the thick of the Big 12 race when it last faced Texas, but the Sooners find themselves in a position where they may be hard-pressed to break even in conference play only two weeks later. No. 23 Oklahoma attempts to snap a four-game slide and avenge the defeat that started their losing streak Saturday when it hosts the Longhorns.
Iowa State at Kansas State 1:00 PM ET

With Kamau Stokes coming off the bench, Kansas State coach Bruce Weber hopes he has found a solution to the Wildcats’ lack of production from his reserves. Sitting alone in fourth place in the Big 12, the Wildcats look to sweep the season series and keep Iowa State winless on the road when the teams meet Saturday.

Michigan St at Northwestern 2:00 PM ET
No. 1 Michigan State looks to win its 10th straight and take another step towards the regular-season title in the Big Ten when it travels to Northwestern for a Saturday matchup. The Spartans are tied with Ohio State for the top spot in the conference standings and are coming off a blowout win over Minnesota, while the Wildcats have dropped two straight heading into this game, which will be played in Rosemont, Ill., Northwestern's home court this season.
Indiana at Iowa 2:00 PM ET
Indiana looks to extend its winning streak to a season-long four games when it faces Iowa on the road Saturday. The Hoosiers cruised past Rutgers (65-43) and Minnesota (80-56) last week before beating Illinois 78-68 on Wednesday to clinch a first-round bye in the Big Ten tournament, and hope to continue their late push for an NIT bid by sweeping the season series with the Hawkeyes, following a 77-64 win on Dec. 4.
Missouri at Louisiana State 2:00 PM ET

Missouri puts the longest active winning streak in the SEC on the line as it vies for a sixth consecutive victory when it visits LSU on Saturday. LSU has dropped seven of its last 10 overall games but has won three straight at home.

Alabama at Kentucky 2:00 PM ET
Alabama is determined to get back to the NCAA Tournament for just the second time in 12 years. The Crimson Tide are playing some of their best basketball of the season, and will look to extend their winning streak to three games Saturday as they visit SEC rival Kentucky.
Memphis at Tulane 3:00 PM ET
Tulane's once-promising season is heading toward the finishing stretch with a whimper as the team plods through a stretch of four straight losses. The Green Wave will try to stay above .500 and win for just the third time in the last 11 games when they host Memphis on Saturday.
Auburn at South Carolina 3:30 PM ET

No. 11 Auburn looks to avoid a letdown on the road when it visits struggling South Carolina on Saturday. The Gamecocks have lost six straight heading into the meeting with the SEC-leading Tigers.

Notre Dame at Boston College 4:00 PM ET
Boston College looks to snap a 10-game losing streak to Notre Dame as the Eagles host the Fighting Irish on Saturday afternoon. The streak began in 2005 when both were Big East members and includes a 96-85 victory when the teams met in South Bend 11 days ago.
NC State at Wake Forest 4:00 PM ET
North Carolina State earned a huge victory on the road for its improving NCAA Tournament resume last time out and looks to avoid a mistake Saturday afternoon when it visits struggling Wake Forest for an ACC contest. The Wolfpack shot 55.1 percent from the floor and drained 10 shots from 3-point range en route to a 74-70 victory at Syracuse on Wednesday, moving back over .500 in the league (7-6).
Texas A&M at Arkansas 4:00 PM ET
It has been a season of streaks for Texas A&M - and it would love nothing more than to stop the next one before it starts. The Aggies look to bounce back from a narrow loss to Missouri and cap a season sweep of Arkansas as they visit the Razorbacks in a Saturday SEC encounter.
Florida at Vanderbilt 4:00 PM ET
Florida will try to avoid glancing too far ahead on the schedule when it visits last-place Vanderbilt in an SEC battle Saturday afternoon. The Gators leave Nashville and then face a four-game stretch to end the regular season that includes matchups against conference leaders Auburn and Tennessee, a visit to surging Alabama and a finale against what could be a desperate Kentucky squad.
Villanova at Xavier 4:30 PM ET
The season's first matchup between Villanova and Xavier proved to be more of a mismatch. There is, however, a rematch Saturday as the second-ranked Wildcats visit the fourth-ranked Musketeers in a Big East showdown.
Tennessee at Georgia 6:00 PM ET
No. 17 Tennessee heads to Georgia on Saturday looking to reach another milestone in its breakout season, as the Volunteers aim to reach 20 wins for the first time since 2013-14. The Volunteers rebounded from an ugly loss at Alabama last weekend, continuing their push toward the top of the SEC with a 70-67 home victory over South Carolina that kept Tennessee two games behind Auburn in the league standings.
West Virginia at Kansas 6:00 PM ET
West Virginia may not have been as good as its 15-game winning streak earlier in the season suggested, but the team's play in February seems to be an indication it isn't as bad as the 4-6 record it has posted since either. The 20th-ranked Mountaineers will try to avenge last month's home loss to Kansas on Saturday when they visit the 13th-ranked Jayhawks in hopes of forging a second-place tie with them in the Big 12 standings.
Nevada at Utah St. 6:00 PM ET
Nevada holds a two-game lead and the head-to-head tiebreaker with second place Boise State in the Mountain West Conference with five games remaining after Wednesday night's 77-72 road victory over the Broncos.  But the 24th-ranked Wolf Pack, who visit Utah State on Saturday afternoon, have just seven healthy scholarship players left for the stretch run after the loss of point guard Lindsey Drew to an Achilles' injury.
Texas Tech at Baylor 7:30 PM ET
A pair of red-hot Big 12 teams get together when No. 6 Texas Tech visits Baylor on Saturday. The Red Raiders' seven-game winning streak has vaulted them to the top of the conference standings while the Bears have won four straight to move into a fifth-place tie.
Pepperdine at Gonzaga 8:00 PM ET
Eighth-ranked Gonzaga moved into first place in the West Coast Conference, and they are likely to remain there as they host beleaguered Pepperdine on Saturday. The Bulldogs are looking for their 35th consecutive victory over the Waves and are 38-2 against the school during coach Mark Few's 18-season tenure.
Rutgers at Maryland 8:00 PM ET
Maryland looks to keep its faint NCAA Tournament hopes alive when it hosts Rutgers on Saturday. The Terrapins have dropped two of their last three games by a combined eight points, including a 70-66 setback to Nebraska on Tuesday to fall on the wrong side of the tournament bubble, and hope to turn their fortunes around by downing the Scarlet Knights for the sixth consecutive time.
Colorado at Washington 8:00 PM ET

Washington’s worst stretch of the season has come at the wrong time as the Huskies have dropped three straight to fall out of a valuable top-four spot in the Pac-12 standings. The Huskies will try to get back on course Saturday night when they host Colorado.

Oklahoma State at Texas Christian 8:00 PM ET

Oklahoma State knocked off ranked squads Kansas and West Virginia in its last two road games, but followed each with home losses to unranked Baylor and Kansas State. When the Cowboys visit TCU on Saturday, coach Mike Boynton will be looking for his team to give the same effort against the struggling Horned Frogs that it does when it has played the conference heavyweights.

North Carolina at Louisville 8:15 PM ET
No. 16 North Carolina prospered from a tough stretch in which it played three games in five days and looks to continue its strong play with a little more rest Saturday against host Louisville in a key ACC contest. The Tar Heels have rebounded from their first three-game losing streak in four years by winning four in a row - knocking off Duke, North Carolina State and Notre Dame over a short period of time in the last three.
Mississippi at Mississippi State 8:30 PM ET

Ole Miss has its eye on the future while Mississippi State is looking to find a way into the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009. Immediately ahead, though, is the second of two regular-season meetings between the SEC rivals as the Rebels visit the Bulldogs on Saturday night.

St. Mary's at Portland 10:00 PM ET
No. 15 Saint Mary's is sliding in the wrong direction after a school-record 19-game winning streak and aims to turn things around when it visits Portland on Saturday in West Coast Conference play. The Gaels have dropped back-to-back games to fall out of first place and stand one game behind Gonzaga.
Utah at Washington St. 10:00 PM ET
Dismissed by most experts after opening Pac-12 play with a 2-4 record, Utah’s now finds itself in the top tier of a tight conference race. Winners of three straight, Utah sits one game out of second place heading into Saturday’s matchup against Washington State, which snapped a seven-game losing streak with Thursday’s 73-69 win over Colorado.
Marquette at Creighton 10:00 PM ET
Creighton can lock down its third straight 20-win season with a victory in Saturday's Big East game against visiting Marquette. The Bluejays stepped out of conference Tuesday to trounce Bemidji State, but now will try to end a three-game losing streak against the Golden Eagles.
Oregon at UCLA 10:15 PM ET
UCLA is running out of time to win just its second Pac-12 regular-season title in the past 10 years, and the Bruins can't afford another loss to visiting Oregon on Saturday night. UCLA heads into the weekend two games behind No. 19 Arizona for the conference lead and each team with four games remaining, though none against each other.
Oregon St. at Southern California 11:00 PM ET
After losing three straight road games, USC needs a strong finish in Pac-12 Conference play to keep its NCAA Tournament hopes alive. The Trojans, who picked up a key 72-70 last-second victory over Oregon on Thursday night to remain tied for second with crosstown rival UCLA, will try to cap their second sweep of the Oregon schools this season when they host Oregon State on Saturday night.
