January 25, 2017
Memphis at Temple 6:00 PM ET
With 11 games left in the regular season, now is not the time for Memphis to suffer any bad losses. The Tigers visit struggling Temple on Wednesday looking to extend their winning streak to four games.
Southern Methodist at Central Florida 6:00 PM ET
Red-hot SMU – winner of 13 of its last 14 games – looks to keep its hot streak going when it hits the road to take on UCF in an American Athletic Conference contest Wednesday. The Mustangs sit a game behind unbeaten Cincinnati in the AAC standings, while the Knights are trying to stay in a cluster of five teams that have two or fewer league losses.
St. John's at Providence 6:30 PM ET
Coming off a somewhat encouraging road loss to the second-ranked team in the country, Providence eyes a stretch run filled with home games that begins with Wednesday's visit from St. John's. The Friars, who play six of their next nine at the Dunkin' Donuts Center, are showing signs of turning things around, having won two straight before giving No. 2 Villanova all it could handle in a 78-68 loss at Philadelphia on Saturday.
Missouri at Mississippi St. 7:00 PM ET

Mississippi State has dropped two straight to fall into the middle of the pack in the SEC, but it has a perfect chance to rebound when it hosts struggling Missouri on Wednesday. The Tigers have lost 10 straight and haven’t won a true road game in nearly three years.

Tulsa at East Carolina 7:00 PM ET
It seems that when point guard Sterling Taplin plays well good things happen for Tulsa, which goes for its fifth straight win in Wednesday's American Athletic Conference game at East Carolina. In the six games since being held scoreless on Christmas, Taplin hit double figures five times to help push the Golden Hurricane into the thick of the AAC race.
Minnesota at Ohio St. 7:00 PM ET
Ohio State will look to bounce back from a stunning home loss when it hosts Minnesota on Wednesday. The Buckeyes and the Golden Gophers are playing for the second time this month, and neither team has played particularly well since the first meeting, combining to lose five of seven games.
Florida St. at Georgia Tech 7:00 PM ET

Florida State did more than survive a grueling stretch of six consecutive games against ranked opposition, it thrived - winning five times to elevate its ranking to No. 8 entering Wednesday’s trip to Georgia Tech. The Seminoles began the week tied with North Carolina and Notre Dame for first place in the ACC following a week where, after a three-point victory over Notre Dame, FSU calmly hit free throws down the stretch in a 73-68 victory over Louisville on Saturday.

Connecticut at South Florida 7:00 PM ET
For as poorly as things have gone for Connecticut this season, the Huskies can get back to .500 in the American Athletic Conference when they visit South Florida on Wednesday. UConn eased past East Carolina last time out while the Bulls lost to Tulsa for their seventh straight setback.
Creighton at Georgetown 7:00 PM ET
Creighton believed it had legitimate Final Four aspirations with Maurice Watson Jr. running the show, but it is already clear the Bluejays missed their floor general in their first full game without him following his season-ending injury. Without the nation's top assist man to rely on, No. 16 Creighton hopes to avoid consecutive losses for the first time this season Wednesday when it visits Georgetown.
Texas A&M at Mississippi 7:30 PM ET
Texas A&M escaped with a win in one of the strangest endings to a game this season, but building on that victory could prove challenging as the Aggies visit Ole Miss on Wednesday night. The Rebels have won two straight games and looked good doing so.
Texas Tech at Baylor 8:00 PM ET
After a hectic span that saw it play four games in 11 days including three on the road, fifth-ranked Baylor returns home to host Texas Tech on Wednesday night. The Bears, who began the stretch with their lone loss at West Virginia and concluded it with an impressive 62-53 victory at TCU on Saturday, welcomed the four-day break before hosting the Red Raiders.
Butler at Seton Hall 8:30 PM ET
Despite Butler getting off to its best start since joining the Big East in 2013-14, coach Chris Holtmann knows his team is playing with fire. After rallying from another big deficit against DePaul over the weekend, the 11th-ranked Bulldogs seek a seventh win in eight games when they travel to play Seton Hall on Wednesday.
Alabama at Georgia 9:00 PM ET
Alabama travels to Georgia on Wednesday in a matchup of two teams outside the upper echelon of the SEC standings following disheartening losses Saturday. The Crimson Tide entered the week in fourth place in the league but gave up a season high in points in an 84-64 defeat at Auburn, while the Bulldogs - who are tied for fifth - blew a nine-point lead with two minutes left to lose 63-62 at Texas A&M.
Florida at Louisiana State 9:00 PM ET
No. 25 Florida will try to regain some confidence after two straight losses when they visit struggling LSU on Wednesday night for an SEC battle. The Gators dropped a 57-53 decision at South Carolina on Jan. 18 before coughing up a lead in the second half at home and falling 68-66 to Vanderbilt on Saturday for their first two defeats in conference play.
Iowa at Illinois 9:00 PM ET
Iowa looks to notch its first true road win of the season when it pays Illinois a visit on Wednesday. The Hawkeyes have dropped their first four road games by an average margin of 18.5 points, including a disappointing 89-54 loss to Northwestern on Sunday, and hope to turn their fortunes around following an 84-76 setback to No. 23 Maryland on Thursday.
Boston College at Miami-Florida 9:00 PM ET
Coming off a three-game road trip that ended with a nightmarish second half against Duke, Miami (Fla). hosts Boston College on Wednesday with both teams looking to end ACC losing streaks. The Hurricanes led No. 17 Duke 36-25 at halftime on Saturday before becoming completely unglued during a 31-4 Blue Devils run to start the second half to lose their second game in a row, 70-58, while the Eagles gave No. 6 North Carolina a scare before falling 90-82 for their third consecutive loss.
UCLA at Southern California 11:00 PM ET
UCLA has shown it can score points as well as any team in the country, but the No. 7 Bruins continue to display flaws in their defense heading into their Pac-12 matchup Wednesday night at USC. UCLA gave up 96 points Saturday in an 11-point loss to No. 9 Arizona, the fourth straight game the Bruins have allowed 80 points or more, and the ability to guard speedy opposing guards seems to be the main issue.
Washington at Arizona State 11:00 PM ET
Washington star freshman Markelle Fultz is averaging 33.7 points over his last three games, but the dynamic point guard hasn’t been able to stop his team's descent into the bottom of the Pac-12 standings. The Huskies have lost three of their last four games heading into Wednesday’s contest at Arizona State, which is seeking to end a four-game losing streak.
