Baltimore's Marlon Humphrey caused and recovered a JuJu Smith-Schuster fumble, setting up Justin Tucker's 46-yard field goal in overtime Sunday that gave the visiting Ravens a 26-23 win in Pittsburgh.

The game was marred by a concussion to Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph, who has been playing after Ben Roethlisberger had elbow surgery. He was knocked unconscious at 7:26 of the third quarter.

Rudolph scrambled to his left to complete a pass to James Washington, and he was sandwiched by Baltimore's Brandon Carr from behind and Earl Thomas -- who hit Rudolph high and got a penalty for roughing the passer.

Rudolph walked off the field with assistance and eventually was transported to a hospital.

Rudolph completed 13 of 20 passes for 131 yards and a touchdown, to Smith-Schuster. He was replaced by Devlin Hodges, who was 7 of 9 for 68 yards in his NFL debut. James Conner rushed for a touchdown.

Baltimore's Lamar Jackson was 19 of 28 for 161 yards with one touchdown. He was intercepted three times and sacked five times. Mark Ingram II ran for a touchdown.

Baltimore safety Tony Jefferson was taken off the field on a cart in the fourth quarter; the team announced he suffered a season-ending ACL tear.

Tucker gave the Ravens a 3-0 lead with a 27-yard field goal at 7:21 of the first quarter.

Baltimore got the ball right back when Pittsburgh's Jaylen Samuels, out of the wildcat, was intercepted by Josh Bynes. Ingram bulled 4 yards into the end zone to make it 10-0.

Rudolph hit Smith-Schuster for a 35-yard touchdown to cut it to 10-7 with 2:41 to play in the first quarter.

Baltimore then moved 75 yards in 13 plays, culminating with Jackson's 11-yard scoring pass to Marquise Brown for a 17-7 lead.

Chris Boswell's 41-yard field goal drew Pittsburgh to within 17-10.

After Mike Hilton intercepted Jackson, Boswell added a 29-yarder as the first half ended to close it to 17-13.

Hodges completed the third-quarter drive after Rudolph got hurt, with Conner running 1 yard up the middle for a 20-17 Pittsburgh lead.

Tucker tied it on a 26-yard field goal, but Boswell put Pittsburgh back on top 23-20 with a 33-yarder with 2:37 remaining.

Tucker answered from 48 yards out with 10 seconds left to send it to overtime.
