Michael Vick threw for 335 yards and three touchdowns as the Philadelphia Eagles concluded their season with a four-game winning streak by posting a 34-10 home victory over the Washington Redskins on Sunday.

Tight end Brent Celek and DeSean Jackson each gained 86 yards receiving with a touchdown for Philadelphia, which finished with a 5-1 record against NFC East rivals.

Dion Lewis ran for 58 yards and a touchdown for the Eagles (8-8) as LeSean McCoy, who entered as the NFL's second-leading rusher, sat out with a sprained ankle.

Vick, who needed 32 passing yards to reach 3,000 for the second time in as many years, gave the Eagles a 10-0 lead late in the second quarter with a 7-yard scoring toss to Chad Hall.

He connected with Jackson for a 62-yard touchdown early in the fourth and found Celek for a 4-yard scoring strike with six minutes remaining to cap his only three-TD performance of the season. Vick completed 24 of 39 passes with one interception.

Rex Grossman was 22 of 45 for 256 yards and a touchdown while Evan Royster gained 113 yards on 20 carries for Washington (5-11), which has lost five of six meetings with Philadelphia.
