No. 3 Oklahoma 34, Tennessee 10: Trevor Knight threw for 308 yards and touchdown and ran for another score as the Sooners downed the visiting Volunteers.

Sterling Shepard caught five passes for 109 yards to lead Oklahoma (3-0), which improved to 24-7 against current SEC teams under coach Bob Stoops. Keith Ford rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown and made a TD catch before leaving the game while Samaje Perine added 67 yards on nine carries.

Justin Worley completed 21-of-44 passes for 201 yards and a touchdown for Tennessee (2-1) but was intercepted twice and sacked five times. Jalen Hurd rushed for 97 yards and Marquez North had six receptions for 67 yards.

Quentin Hayes' sack created a fumble that set up Oklahoma's first touchdown as Ford went 23 yards untouched on a swing pass less than two minutes later to give the Sooners a 10-0 lead. Worley hit Josh Smith for a 40-yard TD to cut the deficit to 13-7, but Ford answered with an 11-yard TD run for a 13-point halftime cushion.

Knight's 5-yard keeper pushed Oklahoma's lead to 27-7 before Tennessee turned a muffed punt into a field goal late in the third quarter. Worley was intercepted in the end zone on the next two possessions, with the second being returned 100 yards by Julian Wilson to give Oklahoma a 34-10 lead with 10:57 left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: It was Knight's second career 300-yard performance, with the other coming against Alabama in last year's Sugar Bowl (career-high 348 yards). ... Wilson recorded the second 100-yard interception return for a TD in school history, joining Al Needs (1945). ... Oklahoma CB Zack Sanchez had the other interception, giving him a pick in five of his last six games.
