Kellen Moore threw four touchdown passes to continue his early season onslaught and lead No. 4 Boise State to a 41-21 victory over visiting Tulsa on Saturday.

Tyler Shoemaker caught two touchdown passes as the Broncos (3-0) scored the game’s first 34 points en route to their 63rd consecutive regular-season home victory.

Moore was 23-of-29 passing for 279 yards and Saturday’s performance marked the seventh time he has thrown four or more touchdown passes in a game. The senior has 995 yards and 12 touchdown passes in three games this season and has completed 83-of-105 passes for a 79 percent accuracy rate.

Tulsa quarterback G.J. Kinne played despite a knee injury suffered last week against Oklahoma State and threw a career-high four interceptions as the Golden Hurricane dropped to 1-3. Jerrell Gavins had two of the picks.

Shoemaker has caught five touchdown passes over the past two games, including catches of 26 and 6 yards in the first quarter.

Doug Martin scored on a 33-yard run in the second quarter to give Boise State a 20-0 lead. Moore added touchdown passes of 1 yard to Kyle Efaw and 10 yards to Mitch Burroughs before Tulsa got on the board on a 3-yard run by Trey Watts with 4:11 left in the third quarter.

Kinne threw an 8-yard touchdown pass to Willie Carter in the final quarter before giving way to redshirt freshman Kalen Henderson, who tossed a 13-yard scoring pass to Ricky Johnson.

Moore is 41-2 as a starter and is four wins behind the record set by Colt McCoy of Texas.
