No. 15 Boise State 27, Nevada 21: Joe Southwick passed for two touchdowns and D.J. Harper rushed for 130 yards as the Broncos downed the Wolf Pack in Mountain West play.

Stefphon Jefferson rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns for Nevada (7-5, 4-4). Jefferson has 22 rushing touchdowns to break the school single-season mark of 20 set two years ago by current San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Harper recovered the ensuing onside kick and the Wolf Pack didn’t have time to mount much of a final drive upon getting the ball back with 17 seconds left.

Southwick threw a 17-yard pass to Chris Potter and Harper scored from 2 yards out en route to a 17-0 halftime lead.
