John Hubert rushed for two scores and Collin Klein added his 50th career rushing touchdown before suffering an apparent concussion as the host Wildcats remained unbeaten.

Klein was 16-of-22 for 245 yards and had 17 carries for 64 yards before leaving with seven minutes left in the third quarter. Kansas State (9-0, 6-0 Big 12) led 31-17 at halftime after outscoring the Cowboys 24-10 in a wild second quarter.

Oklahoma State (5-3, 3-2) committed five turnovers and lost to Kansas State for the first time since 2006. Cowboys quarterback Wes Lunt threw three interceptions before exiting early in the third quarter with a concussion.

Lunt gave Oklahoma State its only lead of the game on a 54-yard touchdown pass to Austin Hays with 9:02 left in the first quarter. The second quarter featured 17 points in just over 23 seconds of game time, including back-to-back kickoff returns for touchdowns.

Kansas State moved ahead 38-17 with 9:47 left in the third quarter on Klein’s 1-yard touchdown run. The Cowboys trailed by 14 points after Quinn Sharp’s 28-yard field goal with 8:52 left in the game, but their final drive ended with an interception with two minutes remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was held to 43 yards on 15 carries after rushing for 277 yards and three touchdowns in his last two games. … Junior Clint Chelf replaced Lunt and completed 16 of 27 passes for 233 yards with one touchdown and one interception. … Oklahoma State outgained Kansas State 504-481, but the Cowboys were 3-for-12 on third-down conversions. ... Kansas State DB Allen Chapman had three interceptions.
