Marcus Mariota passed for a career-high four touchdowns and Avery Patterson returned an interception for a score as the Ducks routed the visiting Huskies.

Colt Lyerla had two touchdown receptions, Kenjon Barner rushed for 122 yards and the Ducks (6-0, 3-0 Pac-12 North) forced five turnovers while defeating the Huskies (3-2, 1-1) for the ninth consecutive time.

Patterson’s 43-yard interception return gave Oregon a 21-0 first-quarter lead. Mariota tossed second-quarter touchdown passes of 10 yards to Lyerla and 34 yards to Josh Huff to give the Ducks a 35-7 halftime lead.

Bishop Sankey rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns for Washington and his 6-yard scamper pulled the Huskies within 38-14 with 2:56 left in the third quarter. But the Ducks pulled away as Lyerla caught a 13-yard scoring pass from Mariota and Byron Marshall found the end zone from 4 yards out to push the lead to 38 points with 11:39 remaining.

Mariota’s other touchdown pass was a 21-yarder to Keanon Lowe in the opening quarter. De’Anthony Thomas scored Oregon’s first touchdown on a 16-yard run midway through the opening quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Oregon has four interception returns for touchdowns this season with Patterson having two. … Huskies QB Keith Price was 19-of-31 passing for 145 yards and two interceptions. He has only five touchdown passes in five games after throwing a school-record 33 last season. … Three of Oregon’s touchdowns were on drives of 39, 50 and 52 seconds, giving the Ducks 14 touchdown drives of a minute or less this season. Oregon also had a 63-second touchdown drive against the Huskies.
