Ed Wesley ran for a pair of touchdowns in a dominating first half as No. 5 TCU cruised to a 45-10 victory over Baylor on Saturday.
Andy Dalton also was impressive, completing 21-of-23 passes for 268 yards and two touchdowns, as the Horned Frogs piled up 558 yards en route to their 16th straight home win.
TCU (3-0) scored on each of its first five possessions, making quick work of the Bears (2-1), who have lost 22 straight to ranked opponents.
Wesley accounted for 162 of TCU’s 290 rushing yards, on just 18 carries.
Wesley's 49-yard touchdown run highlighted a 21-point first quarter. Luke Shivers’ 2-yard scoring run midway through the second gave the Horned Frogs a 35-3 halftime lead.
Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin finished 16-of-28 for 164 yards and a touchdown.
