Maxime Raynaud scored a game-high 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds Thursday night as Stanford snapped a six-game losing streak, ending the regular season with an 80-58 win over California in Palo Alto, Calif.

Kanaan Carlyle came off the bench to add 12 points for the Cardinal (13-17, 8-12 Pac-12), who avenged an earlier loss to the Golden Bears in the teams' final meeting as Pac-12 members. Both will join the Atlantic Coast Conference next season.

Andrej Stojakovic and Spencer Jones each tallied 10 for Stanford, which canned 12 of 24 3-point shots and led nearly wire-to-wire. Carlyle was 4 of 5 from the 3-point arc and six other Cardinal players made at least one 3-pointer.

Fardaws Aimaq scored 18 points and grabbed a game-high nine rebounds for Cal (13-18, 9-11), while Jaylon Tyson added 15 points. But the duo didn't get enough help from their teammates. The Golden Bears made just 21 of 60 attempts, including 4 of 20 from the 3-point arc.

Cal also experienced turnover troubles, committing 17, and didn't move the ball well, logging only five assists. The other major difference came off the bench as Stanford enjoyed a 46-8 advantage in scoring by its reserves.

The Cardinal wasted little time putting the game away in the second half, opening the period with a 14-2 run that Carlyle capped with a 3-pointer at the 15:13 mark to give them a 55-34 advantage. The margin never dipped below 17 for the rest of the game.

Stanford took the lead for good less than 2 1/2 minutes into the game when Brandon Angel drilled a 3-pointer to make it 8-7. That started a 9-0 run that left the Golden Bears trailing the rest of the way.

Raynaud drained a 3-pointer at the 9:32 mark to open up the Cardinal's first double-digit lead at 25-14. Stanford pushed its advantage to 14 points later in the half before settling for a 41-32 advantage at intermission.
