Florida Atlantic's Johnell Davis tallied 24 points and five rebounds, Alijah Martin had 16 points and nine boards, and the No. 20 Owls blew past the Tulsa Golden Hurricane 102-70 Saturday night in Boca Raton, Fla.

Davis, who sank North Texas with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer Sunday in the Owls' previous game, went 8-for-12 from the floor and 3-for-4 from deep, and also drilled all five of his free-throw attempts.

The American Athletic Conference's third-leading scorer, Davis reached the 20-point mark for the ninth time.

Three other players scored in double figures for Florida Atlantic (18-4, 8-1) -- Vladislav Goldin with 18 on 7-for-10 shooting, Nick Boyd with 13 and six rebounds, and Bryan Greenlee with 11.

The Owls made 32 of 60 shots (53.3 percent) and were 10 of 26 (38.5 percent) from beyond the arc. They owned a 29-8 edge in fastbreak points.

Florida Atlantic is 9-1 at home.

The AAC's second-leading scorer and top-scoring freshman in the nation, Tulsa's PJ Haggerty, produced 25 points, four rebounds and four assists.

Cobe Williams scored 16 points and Tyshawn Archie added 11 for the Golden Hurricane (12-9, 3-6).

Tulsa was 26 of 70 (37.1 percent) from the field, including 4-for-28 (14.3 percent) from deep.

The Golden Hurricane had their two-game winning streak snapped and fell to 1-6 on the road.

Haggerty put up five points early and Tulsa led 10-9 lead at 14:19, while Florida Atlantic's 7-foot-1 center Goldin powered in six points.

However, the Owls heated up offensively and outscored the Golden Hurricane 31-17 in the first half's remainder for a 40-27 lead.

Davis totaled 13 points and knocked down three treys in the half. Goldin had 10 points, including four dunks, as the Owls made 14 of 29 shots (48.3 percent) and made 6 of 16 (37.5 percent) from deep.

Tulsa sank just 10 of 33 shots (30.3 percent) and struggled greatly from long range, missing 13 of its 15 attempts (13.3 percent).

A 17 1/2-point favorite, the Owls built their biggest lead at 99-64 with 4:15 left on Greenlee's trey and cruised on to their seventh straight victory.
