Cameron McGriff scored 15 points, and undefeated Oklahoma State overwhelmed Ole Miss 78-37 in the championship game of the NIT Season Tip-Off tournament on Friday at New York's Barclays Center.

Yor Anei and Lindy Waters III scored 14 points apiece and combined for 16 rebounds for the Cowboys (7-0). Thomas Dziagwa added 11 points, and Isaac Likekele contributed nine points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Breein Tyree and Antavion Collum led the Rebels (5-2) with seven points apiece. Ole Miss shot just 25.9 percent from the floor, made just 1 of 20 3-point attempts and committed 20 turnovers.

Ole Miss reached the finals by rallying from a 21-point, second-half deficit to defeat Penn State 74-72 on Wednesday. Oklahoma State advanced the same night with an 86-72 victory over Syracuse.

The Rebels had no answers for the Cowboys.

Oklahoma State limited Ole Miss to 25 percent shooting and forced 12 turnovers to race to a 34-15 halftime lead.

With the Rebels on top 12-11, the Cowboys went on a 23-3 run the remainder of the half to gain a double-digit advantage. Waters was the catalyst. He started off the outburst with a 3-pointer, and he made a pair of jumpers and assisted on a Dziagwa trey.

Anei scored three baskets in that span. McGriff's dunk with 1:56 left in the half gave the Cowboys a 31-14 lead. Collum split free throws before Dziagwa hit a 3-pointer with two seconds left.

A McGriff three-point play a little over two minutes into the second half made it 41-17. A Dziagwa bucket four minutes into the half increased Oklahoma State's advantage to 27 points.

Ole Miss had an 8-2 spurt, including a Khadim Sy dunk, to cut the deficit to 21. The Cowboys proceeded to score the next 12 points, capped by two McGriff free throws, before Collum finally answered with a jumper.
