Sebastian Saiz had 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead Mississippi to an 83-60 victory over Tennessee on Saturday in Southeastern Conference play at Knoxville, Tenn.

Tomasz Gielo contributed 16 points and seven rebounds as the Rebels (20-11, 10-8 in the SEC) won for the fourth time in five games.

High-scoring senior guard Stefan Moody scored all 12 of his points in the second half after being limited to seven first-half minutes due to foul trouble.

Devon Baulkman scored 18 points to pace the Volunteers (13-18, 6-12), who have lost four straight games and six of the last seven. Senior forward Armani Moore had 13 points and freshman forward Admiral Schofield added 12 for Tennessee.

The Volunteers were without leading scorer Kevin Punter (22.2) for the fifth straight game. It was announced on Friday that the senior guard will undergo season-ending foot surgery.

Ole Miss led by nine at the break and scored the first six of the second half to take a 37-22 lead. Moody's 3-pointer made it 44-26 with 16:58 to play and Gielo scored to boost the lead to 22 with 15:13 remaining.

Tennessee closed to within 64-51 on Schofield's basket with 7:36 remaining. Freshman guard Terence Davis answered with a dunk to start a 7-0 run as the Rebels pushed the lead back up to 20 with 5:51 to go and cruised to the finish.

Saiz scored 12 first-half points to help the Rebels survive the scoreless half from Moody while taking a 31-22 lead.

Tennessee scored the first seven points of the game and the final five of the half, and suffered through a stretch of 15 consecutive missed field-goal attempts.
