Georgia 64, Auburn 61: J.J. Frazier scored 16 points and Charles Mann added 15 as the visiting Bulldogs rallied to hand the Tigers their sixth consecutive loss.

Mann shot 9-of-9 from the free-throw line, Frazier went 3-for-4 from 3-point range and Nemanja Djurisic recorded 14 points and eight rebounds for Georgia (20-10, 11-7 SEC), which reached 20 victories for the second consecutive season. Marcus Thornton added eight points as the Bulldogs finished with a school-record six SEC road victories.

KT Harrell, the SEC’s leading scorer, finished with 24 points to pace the Tigers (12-19, 4-14) but missed a potential game-tying 3-pointer in the waning seconds. K.C. Ross-Miller and Cinmeon Bowers each added 11 points, but Auburn shot 10-of-18 from the free-throw line – missing 3-of-4 foul shots in the final two minutes.

The Bulldogs trailed by seven on two occasions in the second half but rallied to take a 60-58 lead on Frazier’s jumper from the left wing with 2:35 left, and two free throws by Mann with 1:26 remaining pushed them ahead 62-60. The Tigers forced a shot-clock violation and Bowers was fouled with 5.8 seconds to play, but he missed 1-of-2 from the line before Frazier hit two free throws at the other end and Harrell’s 3-pointer banged off the rim at the buzzer.

Georgia committed seven turnovers in the first six minutes in trailing 11-5 but rallied to take a 31-28 halftime lead on Frazier’s 3-pointer. Harrell made back-to-back shots from long range to put the Tigers ahead 46-39 just over six minutes into the second half, and six straight points from Ross-Miller made it 52-45, but Mann scored seven consecutive points to tie the game at 52 with 8:48 left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Both teams played without their second-leading scorer - Georgia’s Kenny Gaines sat out with a sprained foot while Auburn’s Antoine Mason is away following the death of his father (former NBA All-Star Anthony Mason). … Mann surpassed 1,000 career points (1,009) and is two assists shy of 300. … Harrell scored 20 or more points for the 16th time this season, finishing 6-for-17 from the field - including 4-for-13 from 3-point range.
