No. 21 Oklahoma 68, TCU 56:
Ryan Spangler registered 21 points and four blocks as the visiting Sooners posted their fourth straight Big 12 victory.

Buddy Hield scored 16 points and collected 10 rebounds for his second double-double of the season for Oklahoma (16-7, 7-4 Big 12), which won for the 15th time in 17 meetings with the Horned Frogs. Isaiah Cousins put up 11 points, six rebounds and four assists while TaShawn Thomas added eight points and 10 rebounds for the Sooners.

Kenrich Williams notched 10 points and nine rebounds to lead TCU (14-9, 1-9), which dropped its sixth straight – all against ranked teams. Kyan Anderson and Brandon Parrish finished with eight points apiece for the Horned Frogs, who shot 31.5 percent.

Behind Hield and Spangler, the Sooners scored the game's first nine points, but the Horned Frogs fought back to take their first lead at 18-17 less than eight minutes later. Parrish and Amric Fields made 3-pointers and Washburn hit a layup to push the TCU margin to 28-21, but Oklahoma scored the final 10 points of the half to take a 31-28 advantage into halftime.

Oklahoma slowly increased its lead in the second half and extended its edge to 16 on a triple by Hield with just over seven minutes left. TCU cut the deficit to eight points in the final two minutes, but Spangler nailed a 3-pointer to put the game away.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
TCU shot 27.5 percent and came up with 13 offensive rebounds in the first half, but scored only three points off of them. ... Spangler had 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting in the first half to lead the Sooners, who shot 54.2 percent. ... Cousins, F Khadeem Lattin and F D.J. Bennett had two blocks each as the Sooners finished with 11 for the game.
