Angel Delgado scored 16 points and notched his third consecutive double-double as Seton Hall edged California 60-57 Wednesday night on the second night as the Pearl Harbor Invitational in Honolulu.

Delgado went 6 of 9 from the field, and his free throw with two seconds left made it a three-point game. The junior forward also grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds.

Senior guard Jabari Bird had a game-high 22 points for Cal (7-2). Bird went 9 of 20 from the field, but he made just one of his eight 3-point attempts and missed a trey with six seconds left that would have given the Golden Bears the lead.

It was the third straight win for the Pirates (7-2), who shot 46.2 percent from the field. Seton Hall got the win despite a 3-of-11 shooting performance on 3-pointers and hit just 9-of-20 shooting (45 percent) of free throws.

Seton Hall junior forward Desi Rodriguez had 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting. The Pirates' leading scorer, junior guard Khadeen Carrington, added 14 points but needed 17 field-goal attempts to get there. Carrington averaged 20.8 points per game entering the contest.

Cal's Ivan Raab was also below his normal scoring output. Raab was limited to eight points -- less than half of his 17.5 points-per-game average.

Freshman guard Charlie Moore had 12 points and three assists for the Golden Bears, who shot 43.4 percent from the floor. Cal also struggled from long distance, hitting just three of 16 3-point attempts. To make matters worse, the Golden Bears were 0 of 8 on 3-point tries in the second half.

The Golden Bears led by three at halftime. Seton Hall went on a 14-4 run to take a seven-point advantage with about four minutes left and never relinquished the lead.
