Senior guard Dusty Hannahs paced a balanced Arkansas attack and the Razorbacks knocked off Stephen F. Austin 78-62 on Thursday in Fayetteville, Ark.

Hannahs finished with 15 points, and senior forward Moses Kingsley -- the preseason SEC Player of the Year -- added 12 points for the Razorbacks. Kingsley had 10 of his points in the second half as Arkansas pulled away.

Junior guard Ivan Canete led Stephen F. Austin with 14 points and freshman guard Kevon Harris finished with 11 points for the Lumberjacks, who are 2-3 under new coach Kyle Keller.

Ten of Arkansas' 11 players scored in the first half. The Razorbacks took a 29-18 lead on a jumper by Anton Beard with five minutes left before halftime. The Lumberjacks chipped away at the deficit, and a layup by Canete sent Stephen H. Austin into intermission trailing 34-28.

Arkansas opened the second half with a 12-3 run, extending the lead to 46-31 on a Kingsley layup.

The Razorbacks' lead ballooned to 22 on a free throw by Beard with 3:50 to play. Kingsley followed with a three-point play on a strong drive and free throw to put Arkansas ahead 76-53.

The teams combined to shoot 53 free throws.

Arkansas senior guard Manuale Watkins finished with eight points and seven rebounds.

It's the second straight win for Arkansas, which improved to 5-0 at home this season. The Razorbacks host Austin Peay on Saturday. The remainder of their non-conference schedule features December games against Houston and Texas, before opening SEC play against Florida on Dec. 29.

The Lumberjacks committed 21 turnovers and dropped their second straight game.

Stephen F. Austin looks to bounce back against Centenary on Saturday.
