Oklahoma State 66, Oregon State 53: Le’Bryan Nash scored 19 points and Phil Forte added 17 as the Cowboys dominated the final 10 minutes at the MGM Grand Main Event in Las Vegas.

Jeffrey Carroll collected 13 points and seven rebounds while Anthony Hickey scored 12 points for Oklahoma State (5-0), which will face Tulsa in Wednesday’s championship game. Forte scored 13 points in the second half as the Cowboys finished with a 22-9 run.

Victor Robbins led Oregon State (3-1) with 16 points and Langston Morris-Walker had 13 points on 3-of-10 shooting. Gary Payton II had 10 points and six rebounds for the Beavers, who will meet Auburn in Wednesday's consolation game after committing 17 turnovers and shooting 33.3 percent from the field.

Oklahoma State closed the first half on a 19-6 run and took a 30-24 lead when Nash scored at the buzzer. Nash and Carroll combined to shoot 8-of-12 from the field and score 23 of the Cowboys’ 30 points in the opening period.

Oregon State pulled within 37-36 and had a chance to retake the lead with just under 15 minutes left, but Robbins missed a 3-pointer and the Cowboys capitalized with seven straight points. The Beavers tied the game at 44 with just over 10 minutes left before Hickey drained a 3-pointer to spark a 20-3 run for the Cowboys.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Oklahoma State G Leyton Hammonds missed his second consecutive game due to a sprained ankle. … Nash sat out for nearly 10 minutes in the second half after picking up his fourth foul with just over 13 minutes remaining. … The Cowboys remained unbeaten despite missing 10 of their 27 attempts from the foul line.
