No. 8 Gonzaga 88, Georgia 76: Kyle Wiltjer poured in a career-high 32 points as Gonzaga continued to dominate its early season competition and advanced to the title game of the NIT Season Tip-Off at Madison Square Garden.

Wiltjer was 14-of-26 from the field, including 13-of-19 from two-point range, as Gonzaga improved to 5-0 with an average margin of victory of 36 points. Kevin Pangos made all 10 of his foul shots and knocked down a pair of 3-pointers en route to a season-high 22 points as Gonzaga advanced to face St. John's on Friday.

Byron Wesley pitched in 12 points and seven rebounds while Pangos added six assists and three steals to help Gonzaga shoot 50 percent from the floor and a crisp 32-of-35 from the foul line. Charles Mann's 23 points and J.J. Frazier's 14 paced Georgia (3-2), which missed 12 of its 16 3-point attempts.

Gary Bell Jr. made a 3-pointer on the game's opening possession, and Gonzaga jumped out to a 12-2 lead en route to a 46-33 cushion at halftime. Wiltjer scored 16 first-half points while Pangos had 10 in the opening period.

Wiltjer and Pangos accounted for a quick 8-0 run early in the second half as Gonzaga pushed its lead to 54-35, and Gonzaga led comfortably the rest of the way. Wiltjer, Pangos and Wesley combined for the final 17 points for Gonzaga.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Wiltjer's previous career high of 26 points came against Ole Miss when he played for Kentucky in 2012-13. ... Nemanja Djurisic chipped in 10 points and six rebounds for Georgia. ... Domantas Sabonis, who entered as Gonzaga's leading scorer at 14 points per game, fouled out after scoring just four.
