No. 1 Kentucky 67, Florida 50: Karl-Anthony Towns had 13 points, nine rebounds and six blocked shots as host Kentucky knocked off Florida to complete a perfect regular season.

Trey Lyles scored 14 points for the Wildcats (31-0), who joined last season’s Gators as the only teams to go 18-0 in SEC play. Willie Cauley-Stein contributed eight points and seven rebounds and Aaron Harrison scored nine points for Kentucky.

Kasey Hill scored 15 points as Florida (15-16, 8-10) continued to suffer through a subpar season. Dorian Finney-Smith added 12 points as the Gators lost for the seventh time in 10 games.

Florida trailed by three points shortly before the midway point when Devin Booker drained a 3-pointer to start a 7-0 run that was capped by Towns’ fast-break hoop to give Kentucky a 51-41 lead. Cauley-Stein’s dunk with 5:03 left began a 10-2 spurt that increased the Wildcats’ lead to 18.

The Gators used an 8-0 run to take a 21-17 lead on Chris Walker’s basket with under six minutes to go in the first half. The Wildcats answered with a 13-4 burst to take a five-point edge and led 30-27 at the break before Florida pulled within 36-35 on Eli Carter’s 3-pointer with 15:53 to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
Kentucky forced the Gators into 17 turnovers. … Florida SG Michael Frazier II (ankle) returned from a seven-game absence and had three points and committed three turnovers in 18 minutes. … The Wildcats were 15-of-21 from the free-throw line while the Gators were 3-of-7.
