Arkansas 61, Missouri 60: Alandise Harris scored 14 points to lead the visiting Razorbacks and Wes Clark missed two free throws with 3.3 seconds left as Arkansas coach Mike Anderson escaped with a win against his former team.

Bobby Portis collected 12 points and 10 rebounds for Arkansas (15-4, 4-2 SEC) while Rashad Madden finished with seven points and nine rebounds, including the clinching board after Clark's second miss at the line. Michael Qualls struggled to eight points on 3-of-15 shooting but converted a three-point play and hit a big jumper in the second half.

Montaque Gill-Caesar scored 16 points off the bench to lead Missouri (7-12, 1-5), which has lost five straight. Johnathan Williams III tallied 15 points and 10 rebounds and Keith Shamburger added 10 points for the Tigers.

Six of the game's 12 ties and seven of the eight lead changes came in the second half as the team's traded clutch shots down the stretch. Madden's jumper with 1:27 left gave the Razorbacks a 61-60 lead and Missouri missed two chances to regain the lead on its next possession before Clark failed to take advantage of his trip to the line in the final seconds.

Arkansas pushed its lead to 24-16 with just over seven minutes left in the first half, but Gill-Caesar converted a three-point play and hit a triple to cap an 18-6 run to close the half as Missouri went into the break up 34-30. The Razorbacks opened the second half with an 11-3 spurt to grab a four-point lead before going nearly 4 1/2 minutes without scoring as the Tigers reclaimed the advantage at 43-41 on Williams' hook shot with about 13 1/2 minutes left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Portis and Qualls entered the day averaging a combined 41.4 points in conference games but totaled only 20 on 9-of-31 shooting. … The teams combined for only 11 turnovers — eight for Missouri and three for Arkansas; the Razorbacks entered the game averaging 16.3 takeaways. … Missouri dropped to 2-11 when it attempts fewer free throws than the opposition.
