The Quakers shot a respectable 9-of-20 in the opening 20 minutes but had 11 first-half turnovers and committed another to spark a quick 5-0 run that gave Villanova some breathing room, 38-32, midway through the second half.

Penn rallied within 38-37, but Ochefu found Ryan Arcidiacono for a 3-pointer, then fed Ennis for a jumper before dunking to cap a 7-0 run that permanently halted the Quakers' momentum. Ochefu added two layups and four foul shots in the final 4:03 to help wrap up the victory.
