No. 2 Duke 85, Boston College 62: Jahlil Okafor scored a season-high 28 points and grabbed eight rebounds as the host Blue Devils opened ACC play with another double-digit win.

Quinn Cook chipped in 15 points for Duke (13-0, 1-0 ACC), which has won each of its games by at least 10 points, tied for the longest streak in school history. Justise Winslow had 13 points and Rasheed Sulaimon hit all three of his 3-pointers en route to 11 points off the bench for the Blue Devils.

Olivier Hanlan led BC (7-5, 0-1) with 22 points and four of his team's 10 assists. Leading scorer Aaron Brown was limited to 11 points on 5-of-13 shooting as the Eagles lost for the ninth straight time in the series.

Duke broke open a close game with a 13-0 run late in the first half, capped by Sulaimon's basket that made it 38-20. The Eagles were within 44-31 early in the second before Okafor threw down a dunk and Cook had a steal and a layup to push the margin up to 17.

Hanlan hit a jumper and added a three-point play before Brown scored five straight Eagles points to make it a 10-point game with just over 13 minutes to go. Okafor's basket on the other end sparked a 14-0 outburst and BC never got closer than 19 down the stretch.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski is four wins shy of becoming the first college coach to record 1,000 in a career. ... The Blue Devils also won 13 consecutive double-digit games Feb. 11-March 21, 1999. ... Okafor was 14-of-17 from the line while the Eagles as a whole were 7-of-10.
