Anderson, the second-leading returning scorer in the conference who averaged 17 points per game in 2013-14, also added three assists and two steals.

Jordan Washington scored 13 points to lead Mississippi Valley State (0-4), which has dropped its first four games - all on the road - by a combined 164 points. Jeffrey Simmons added eight points and Tyler Corley seven for the Delta Devils, whose first three games were against Indiana, Mississippi State and Tulane.

In the midst of a 20-point run that provided TCU a 26-5 lead just under nine minutes in, Anderson hit a jumper, a trio of 3-pointers and a three-point play to surpass his scoring average of 11.7 points. Anderson and Michael Williams knocked down shots from the arc and Trey Ziegler converted a three-point play during another 17-point run before Hudson Price drained a 3-pointer to close out a 60-20 first-half lead.

The Horned Frogs shot 68.8 (22-of-32) percent from the floor in the first 20 minutes, including 8-of-12 from the arc, and held the Delta Devils to 7-of-20 from the floor. The teams played even for the first 11 minutes of the second half before Kabadyundi converted a three-point play and two dunks between 3-pointers by Chauncey Collins and Dalton Dry during a 13-1 run that pushed the edge to 87-40 with six minutes to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Anderson shot 6-of-7 in the opening 20 minutes, including 4-of-5 from the arc, but shot just twice in limited time in the second half. … TCU won the battle of the boards 52-28. … The Delta Devils had scoring droughts of 6 1/2 minutes and five minutes in the first half.
