When: 11:00 PM ET, Thursday, February 22, 2024
Where: Maples Pavilion, Stanford, California
Officials: # Michael Mojica, # Roger Ayers, # Gregory Nixon

Jadrian Tracey scored a career-high 20 points, Oregon knocked down 12 3-pointers and the Ducks picked up a key road win Thursday night, beating Stanford 78-65.

Jackson Shelstad added 19 points and N'Faly Dante had 13 points and 11 rebounds for Oregon (18-8, 10-5 Pac-12), which has won two in a row. The Ducks got a rare win at Stanford, having previously lost four of their past five visits to Maples Pavilion.

Oregon remains in third place in the Pac-12 with five games left in the regular season.

Brandon Angel led Stanford (12-14, 7-9) with 21 points, but the Cardinal lost their third straight and fell for the fifth time in the past six.

Oregon scored the first five points of the second half to lead by 13. When Kario Oquendo drove for a rim-rattling dunk with 16:52 to play, the Ducks were up 50-39.

Shelstad swished a long 3-pointer with 13:52 to go, giving the Ducks a 55-41 edge, and Kwame Evans Jr. hit a baseline trey, the Ducks' 10th 3-pointer of the night, for a 58-43 advantage.

Oregon led by as many as 17 points twice in the second half and was never really threatened. Stanford cut the gap to nine near the midpoint of the half, but the Ducks scored the next seven points for a 69-53 advantage with 7:26 to go.

Tracey already had his career high in points as an Oregon Duck by halftime, with the former Saint Joseph's and Florida SouthWestern player scoring 16 points in nine minutes of playing time.

Tracey knocked down four of Oregon's seven 3-pointers in the first half, as the Ducks hit more treys in one half than the six total they made in their previous two games combined.

Stanford led by as many as five early in the first half before the Ducks went on a 10-0 run that included a pair of Tracey 3-pointers. Oregon never trailed over the final 13 minutes of the first half, taking a 37-30 lead on Oquendo's 3-pointer and making it 40-32 when Tracey sank another from beyond the arc with 59 seconds to go.
