Daejon Davis scored 16 points to lead a balanced attack as Washington rallied from a 14-point deficit in the second half to defeat Utah 74-68 Thursday night in a Pacific-12 Conference game in Salt Lake City.

The Huskies (6-6 overall, 1-1 Pac-12) snapped a two-game losing streak and sent the Utes (8-7, 1-4) to their third consecutive defeat.

Washington's Terrell Brown Jr., the conference's leading scorer, was limited to 15 points on 7-of-16 shooting from the field, but contributed a game-high eight assists. Cole Bajema scored a career-high 15 points on 5-of-8 shooting from 3-point range and Jamal Bey added 14.

Branden Carlson, Gabe Madsen and Lazar Stefanovic each scored 12 points for the Utes. Rollie Worster scored 10 before fouling out and Marco Anthony had 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds.

The Utes had a 37-30 lead and the chance to take the last shot of the half, but a turnover by Jaxon Brenchley led to a 3-pointer at the buzzer by Bajema to make it 37-33.

Utah opened the second half with a 13-3 run to take its largest lead at 50-36 with 14:16 remaining.

The Huskies fought back and tied the score at 57-all on a 3-pointer by Davis with 7:26 remaining.

The teams traded layups before Bajema gave the Huskies a 62-59 lead with a trey with 5:37 left and teammate Emmitt Matthews Jr. followed with back-to-back 3s, capping an 11-0 run to give the Huskies a 68-59 edge with 3:54 to go.

The Utes pulled within 68-65 with 1:14 remaining but Matthews made two free throws and Bey added four more over the final 18 seconds to clinch the victory, the first for the Huskies on the road this season.

Washington shot 10 of 22 from 3-point range to help offset Utah's 44-26 rebounding edge. The Huskies had 13 steals, forced 19 turnovers and had a 22-10 advantage in points off turnovers and 14-3 on fast-break points.
