Jaden Ivey piled up 23 points, seven assists and six rebounds, and No. 4 Purdue extended its winning streak to five games by downing Michigan, 82-76, in West Lafayette, Ind., on Saturday.

Trevion Williams powered for 19 points and eight rebounds, while Zach Edey supplied 13 points and nine rebounds for Purdue (20-3, 9-3 Big Ten). Sasha Stefanovic added nine points as the Boilermakers never trailed.

Hunter Dickinson carried the Wolverines with 28 points. DeVante' Jones tossed in 13 points and Caleb Houstan added 11 for the Wolverines (11-9, 5-5), who had won four of their last five games.

Both teams shot above 50 percent from the field but Purdue converted 11 Michigan turnovers into 16 points. The Boilermakers also had a 44-26 advantage in points in the paint and outrebounded the Wolverines, 32-22.

Edey had 11 first-half points and Ivey contributed six points, five rebounds and five assists as Purdue led 39-33 at halftime. The Boilermakers led by as much as 12 points but the Wolverines hung around behind Dickinson, who scored 14 points.

No fouls were called against Purdue in the first half and the teams combined for just six turnovers.

Eli Brooks made a layup during the first two minutes of the second half to pull Michigan within a point. Dickinson made two layups sandwiching Purdue baskets.

The Boilermakers then reeled off 10 unanswered points, including six from Ivey, to take a 55-44 lead. Michigan cut it to seven points on a Jones jumper midway through the half. But Eric Hunter Jr. answered with a 3-pointer to push the margin back to 10.

A 7-0 Michigan run trimmed Purdue's advantage to five, 68-63, with 5:46 left. Jones nailed a 3-pointer with 2:19 left to make it 76-72.

Ivey then knocked down two free throws with 1:20 remaining for a six-point Purdue lead. After a Dickinson turnover, Williams made two free throws to solidify the Boilermakers' victory.
