Jaden Ivey hit a fadeaway 3-pointer with 0.6 seconds left after No. 6 Purdue blew a 20-point second-half lead to give the Boilermakers an 81-78 win over No. 16 Ohio State in West Lafayette, Ind., on Sunday.

The Buckeyes (13-5, 6-3 Big Ten) tied it on consecutive 3-pointers by E.J. Liddell in the last 35 seconds before Ivey scored the final of his game-high 21 points for the Boilermakers (18-3, 7-3).

Liddell and Malaki Branham each had 20 points for Ohio State. Liddell made it 78-78 with 25 seconds left after a steal by Branham, but Ivey's heroics ended the Buckeyes' three-game winning streak.

Purdue, which has won three straight, also got 20 points from Zach Edey.

Purdue led 39-30 at the break and blitzed the Buckeyes to start the second half, outscoring them 13-2 in the first 4 1/2 minutes for its largest lead, 52-32, on Ivey's bucket.

It was 73-61 after Edey hit a shot off the glass, was fouled by Joey Brunk and made the free throw with 3:57 left.

The Buckeyes got it within 76-72 on a jumper by Liddell after Branham had scored the previous nine Ohio State points.

The Boilermakers made only 15 of 26 free throws (57.7 percent). Ohio State was 11 of 14 (78.6 percent) from the line but made just 9 of 29 shots from 3-point range (31.0 percent).

Purdue's Sasha Stefanovic scored all 11 of his points in the final 4:46 of the first half to help extend a 24-21 lead. His surge started with a 3-pointer on a break off a turnover while getting fouled by Jamari Wheeler. Stefanovic canned the foul shot to complete the rare four-point play.

After an Ohio State miss, he made two free throws for a 30-21 lead. Kyle Young made a layup, but Stefanovic followed with a drive of his own. Later, his pull-up triple made it 39-28 with a minute to go before the break.

Purdue plays at Minnesota on Wednesday. Ohio State hosts Iowa on Thursday.
