Aaron Henry scored 27 points, lifting Michigan State to a 78-71 win over Indiana on Saturday in Bloomington, Ind.

The Spartans (11-9, 5-9 Big Ten) rallied back from down as many as 13 points in the first half and 10 points in the second half to snap a two-game losing streak and win for just the third time in their past nine games.

Henry put Michigan State ahead to stay 54-52 with a driving basket in the lane, part of an 8-0 run that put the Spartans up 57-52. Michigan State shot 56.7 percent from the field in the second half and 55.6 percent from 3-point range (5-9) to pull away late. Josh Langford and Gabe Brown added 14 points apiece for the Spartans.

Trayce Jackson-Davis scored a career-high 34 points for the Hoosiers (12-10, 7-8 Big Ten), but Indiana was unable to support him on the perimeter, shooting just 21.1 percent (4-19) from 3-point range. Race Thompson scored 15 points for Indiana and Armaan Franklin scored 13 points.

Jackson-Davis scored 14 in the first half, helping Indiana jump to a 30-26 halftime lead. The Hoosiers shot just 33.3 percent from the field in the first half, but scored 11 points off 10 Michigan State turnovers and limited the Spartans to 41.4 percent shooting from the field.

Indiana jumped to a quick 19-6 lead, taking advantage of seven Michigan State turnovers within the game's first seven minutes. Jackson-Davis scored 10 of Indiana's first 19 points as the Hoosiers kept feeding him inside.

After a Jerome Hunter 3-pointer put Indiana up 19-6, the Spartans began to regroup. Henry scored five straight points for Michigan on a 3-pointer and driving layup, cutting Indiana's lead to 21-15.

Down 26-18, Michigan State went on a 8-0 run late in the first half, tying the score at 26 on a driving Henry layup. But Indiana scored the final four points of the first half on a pair of Aljami Durham free throws and alley-oop dunk from Jackson-Davis with 38 seconds left in the half for the four-point halftime lead.
