The Yellow Jackets fought back after Florida State used an 11-2 second-half surge to open up the big lead.

Barnes made two free throws, and Walker buried a 3-pointer as Florida State led 45-33 lead with 16:11 left.

Barnes later converted a fast-break layup, Quincy Ballard scored on a putback and Polite hit a jumper to cap the run and give the Seminoles a 51-35 lead with 13 minutes remaining.

Florida State's momentum suddenly evaporated as the Yellow Jackets ripped off the next 15 points.
