Tyler Bey had 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists and reserve Lucas Siewert had 14 points and four 3-pointers as the No. 20 Colorado Buffaloes built a double-digit lead early in the second half and nursed it to a 68-61 Pac-12 victory over the host Arizona State Sun Devils on Thursday.

Colorado opened the second half on a 16-4 run to take a 44-32 lead after Evan Battey hit two free throws with 10:35 remaining following a 3-pointer by Gatling. The Sun Devils made only two of their first 20 field-goal attempts in the second half, both by White, and went 4:57 without scoring. Colorado made two of its first 10 field goals in the second half before getting hot.

Edwards' 3-pointer brought Arizona State within five at 49-44 with 7:07 left before Siewert hit his fourth 3-pointer and Bey followed with a jumper to make it 54-44. Arizona State never was closer than seven until the final minute.

White was 9 of 12 from the field but the rest of the Sun Devils were 15 of 58. Martin was 9 of 23 and made four 3-pointers. Reserve Rob Edwards had eight points on 3-of-12 shooting and starter Alonzo Verge Jr. had seven points while going 2 of 13.
