Freshman Robert Kelly Jr. came off the bench to post season highs of 24 points and nine rebounds, leading visiting Savannah State to a 93-90 victory over Oregon State in overtime Sunday at Gill Coliseum in Corvallis, Ore.

Joshua Floyd added 14 points and seven rebounds for Savannah State (3-8), which had lost five in a row, including a 128-59 loss to Oregon last weekend.

Drew Eubanks had 23 points, 16 rebounds and six blocked shots for Oregon State (3-7), which has lost seven of eight and three in a row. Kendal Manuel added 18 points and Stephen Thompson Jr. collected 17 points, nine rebounds and seven assists.

The Beavers scored first in overtime to take an 86-84 lead. The Tigers responded with a 7-0 run, going up 91-86 on a layup by Troyce Manassa with less than 90 seconds to go.

An early 3-pointer by Thompson helped Oregon State outscore Savannah State 7-0 to start the game. The Tigers battled back to tie the game on a 3-pointer by Floyd and took an 18-15 lead on a 3-pointer by Manassa.

Savannah State went up by six on a few occasions and eventually extended its lead to nine on a basket by Kelly. The Tigers carried a 50-44 lead into the halftime break.

The Tigers went up 59-50 on Floyd's 3-pointer early in the second period. The Beavers trailed by seven moments later when Eubanks made two free throws to spark a 10-0 run, and Oregon State took a 62-61 lead on a 3-pointer by Thompson.

The Beavers were clinging to a one-point lead when Kelly made a 3-pointer to put the Tigers up 82-80. Jaquori McLaughlin's 3-pointer tied the game with 1:28 to go.

The Beavers had a chance to win in regulation, but Thompson missed a 3-pointer with one second remaining.
