Center Tyler Davis recorded 18 points and eight rebounds to lead No. 20 Texas A&M to an 82-63 victory over Cal Poly in College Station, Texas, on Tuesday.

Guard Alex Caruso registered eight points, six rebounds and five rebounds for the Aggies (10-2), who improved to 10-2 at home. Caruso also recorded two steals and has 228 for his career, tying David Edwards (1983-87) for the most in school history.

Guard Danuel House scored 12 points while guards Jalen Jones and Anthony Collins added 11 apiece to help Texas A&M shoot 66.7 percent from inside the 3-point line.

Guard Reese Morgan scored 16 points for the Mustangs (6-8).

The Aggies took control with a 13-0 run in the first half and led by as many as 19 en route to a 44-29 lead at intermission.

A pair of free throws by Cal Poly's forward Luke Meikle cut Texas A&M's lead to 57-48 with 9:40 remaining before the Aggies scored the next seven points and they extended the lead to 73-51 on Collins' 3-pointer with 4:32 to play.
