Forward James White, getting his first start of the season, recorded his second double-double Monday to lead Georgia Tech to a 75-62 win over Southeastern Louisiana in Atlanta.

White had 12 points and had a season-high 13 rebounds as Georgia Tech (8-3) bounced back from Saturday's loss to rival Georgia. The graduate transfer from Arkansas-Little Rock last had a double-double in the season opener against Cornell.

Georgia Tech had three others in double figures. Guard Adam Smith scored 16 points and guard Marcus Georges-Hunt had 14 points, with each making four 3-pointers. Forward Charles Mitchell scored 14 points, all in the second half, and added 15 rebounds for his 10th double-double.

It was the fourth straight loss for Southeastern Louisiana (2-10).

The Lions were led by guard Joshua Filmore, who scored 20 points on eight-for-13 shooting, and freshman forward Mo Greenwood, who scored 16 points and added five rebounds.

Georgia Tech used an 11-0 run, with Georges-Hunt knocking down a pair of 3-pointers, to take a quick 11-2 lead.

Southeastern managed twice to trim the lead to one point, only to have Georgia Tech respond with a 16-7 run to take a 10-point lead at 29-19.

The Lions never got any closer than nine points.
