No. 19 Butler 58, Creighton 56:

Kellen Dunham led Butler (19-7, 9-4 Big East) with 19 points while Kameron Woods added 10 points and 10 rebounds. Jones collected six rebounds to go along with six assists and also scored his team's final five points in the come-from-behind victory.

Devin Brooks had 17 points, five rebounds and three assists off the bench for Creighton (12-15, 3-11) while Austin Chatman also had 17 points. Geoffrey Groselle added eight points for the Bluejays, who went 7-of-20 from the 3-point line.

The teams traded scoring runs - and the lead - in the second half, with Creighton regaining a 48-42 lead with a little more than six minutes left after a 9-0 spree highlighted by Brooks' third 3-pointer. The Bulldogs hit 7-of-9 from the floor the rest of the way - including Alex Barlow's steal for a three-point play with less than three minutes left and Jones' baseline drive for a three-point play less than a minute later - and got an offensive rebound from Barlow before Jones' game-winner.

Dunham made back-to-back baskets for an early 14-8 Butler edge but Chatman tied it with back-to-back 3-pointers. The Bulldogs went more than seven minutes without scoring a point, allowing Creighton built a 22-16 advantage after Brooks and Chatman hit consecutive 3-pointers and hold on to a four-point halftime lead.
