Texas A&M 68, Tennessee 65 (OT): Antwan Space knocked down his second game-winning 3-pointer against the Volunteers this season, connecting from the right wing with 2.4 seconds left to lift the host Aggies.

Space also hit from behind the arc with 4.4 seconds left in a 57-56 win at Tennessee on Jan. 11, giving him four of his nine career 3-pointers against the Volunteers. Alex Caruso and Jamal Jones scored 14 points apiece and Fabyon Harris added 13 as Texas A&M (16-11, 7-7 SEC) won back-to-back games for the first time in more than a month and dealt a huge blow to Tennessee's NCAA Tournament hopes.

Jordan McRae scored a game-high 20 points and Jarnell Stokes had 16 points and 16 rebounds for the Volunteers (16-11, 7-7), who squandered a pair of chances to win it in the final seconds of regulation. Coach Cuonzo Martin called a timeout with 2.4 seconds to negate a go-ahead 3-pointer by Antonio Barton, but Stokes muscled in a basket and was fouled with eight-tenths of a second remaining, only to miss the go-ahead free throw to send the game into overtime.

Jeronne Maymon also had a double-double with 16 points and 13 boards for Tennessee, which erased a six-point deficit in the final 69 seconds of regulation but saw its chances to win slip away with the two late gaffes. Texas A&M's Jordan Green buried a jumper as the shot clock expired with 42.4 seconds left in OT, but Barton answered with a pair of free throws with 15.5 seconds remaining to set up Space's game-winner.

Kourtney Roberson chipped in 10 points as the Aggies used a 21-2 edge in bench scoring to improve to 15-2 at home. Texas A&M opened the second half by hitting 16-of-20 shots and seemed in control with a 57-49 lead with 3:20 left before the Vols mounted the late comeback.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Caruso notched his second straight 14-point outing after averaging 4.9 points in his previous seven contests, but he fouled out in the final second of regulation. ... Maymon registered his third double-double of the season and had his sixth game with at least 10 rebounds. ... Space finished with six points and also had seven rebounds and a pair of blocked shots.
