No. 7 Kansas 95, Texas Christian 65: Perry Ellis went 13-of-15 from the floor for a career-high 32 points as the host Jayhawks ran away from the Horned Frogs in the second half.

Andrew Wiggins added 17 points and Wayne Selden, Jr., had 15 for Kansas (19-6, 10-2 Big 12), which was without freshman center Joel Embiid (back). Jamari Traylor added a career-high 10 points and eight rebounds off the bench.

Kyan Anderson went 8-of-9 from the floor and 2-of-2 from the 3-point line for 25 points for Texas Christian (9-15, 0-12). Amric Fields added 12 points and five rebounds for the Horned Frogs, who were outrebounded 35-18 while losing their 12th straight game.

The Horned Frogs, who shot 56.5 percent from the floor in the first half, had a 22-16 lead after eight minutes before Kansas went ahead with an 11-1 run. Anderson scored 11 of TCU's last 14 points to keep the Horned Frogs close but Conner Frankamp and Wiggins hit 3-pointers late for a 47-40 halftime lead.

Kansas opened the second half with a 13-1 run - featuring dunks from Tarik Black, Ellis and Wiggins - and was never threatened. The Jayhawks outscored TCU 56-18 in the paint on the way to a season-high points.

GAME NOTEBOOK: TCU's 40 first-half points was its most since scoring 40 against Texas Southern in the Horned Frogs' non-conference finale on Dec. 29, which was also their last win. ... Kansas (61.5 percent on Saturday) is 15-1 when shooting 50 percent or better this season. ... Anderson had 21 points at halftime, giving him five 20-point performances in the past seven games.
