Vanderbilt 59, Georgia 54: Rod Odom scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the visiting Commodores downed the Bulldogs in SEC play.

Dai-Jon Parker recorded 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists for Vanderbilt (11-8, 3-4), which has won two straight games. Kyle Fuller added 13 points and four assists for the Commodores, who went 8-of-18 from 3-point range.

Charles Mann led the way with a game-high 20 points and Brandon Morris netted 12 for Georgia (10-9, 4-3), which shot a dismal 27.3 percent from the field. Marcus Thornton grabbed seven rebounds while Juwan Parker, who just returned from a hamstring injury, finished 0-of-10 from the floor.

Vanderbilt knocked down six 3-pointers, including two each by Odom and Dai-Jon Parker, to go up 25-15 with under six minutes remaining in the first half. Georgia closed out the opening period on a 6-2 run to trim the deficit to 27-21 despite missing 20 of its first 25 shots.

Mann split a pair of free throws as the Bulldogs pulled to within 30-29 before Odom's triple restored the Commodores' six-point advantage with just under eight minutes left. Odom hit his fourth 3-pointer of the game to make it 44-36 as Vanderbilt continued its dominance over Georgia with its ninth straight win in the series.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Vanderbilt has made at least one 3-pointer in 884 consecutive games. … The Commodores improved to 88-49 all-time against Georgia. … The Bulldogs started off 1-of-10 from beyond the arc before finishing 4-of-23.
