Casey Prather added 14 points, six rebounds and three blocks for Florida (16-2, 5-0), which won its 10th straight game. Scottie Wilbekin contributed 10 points and four assists while Will Yeguete and Dorian Finney-Smith each grabbed 11 rebounds to go with six points.

Trevor Releford's 14 points led the offense for Alabama (8-10, 2-3), which has lost three of its last four. Nick Jacobs had 12 points off the bench on 5-of-7 shooting and Levi Randolph chipped in with 11 as a reserve for the Crimson Tide, who couldn't rely on long range shooting and connected on just 2-of-12 from behind the arc.

Florida led by as many as eight in the opening half before Alabama fought its way to within 29-26 with 26 seconds left before halftime. In the final seconds of the opening 20, however, Frazier was fouled on a successful 3-point attempt and capitalized from the free throw line to give the Gators a 33-26 advantage at the break.

The Crimson Tide pulled within three points twice during the first five minutes of the second half before Frazier helped Florida open up a double-digit lead with consecutive 3-pointers midway through the period. Releford had the chance to convert a three-point play to add to a 6-0 spurt that closed the deficit to six points with just over seven minutes remaining but missed the free throw attempt, and the Gators remained in control the rest of the way.
