No. 13 Florida 86, Jacksonville 60: Casey Prather poured in a game-high 27 points on 11-of-13 shooting as the visiting Gators downed the Dolphins.

Michael Frazier II added 17 points off the bench for Florida (5-1), which committed only nine turnovers. Dorian Finney-Smith scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while Scottie Wilbekin recorded 12 points, seven assists and five rebounds in his season debut after missing the first five games through suspension.

Jarvis Haywood led the way with 16 points for Jacksonville (2-4), which fell to 5-30 all-time against Florida. Vince Martin registered a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Dolphins.

Florida raced out to a 19-5 lead after Frazier II hit three straight 3-pointers and the Gators extended their advantage to 18 midway through the first half. Prather led all scorers with 16 points in the opening 20 minutes as Florida shot 83.3 percent from beyond the arc to take a 48-29 edge into the break.

The Gators continued their assault as Prather keyed a 12-2 spurt that put them on top by 27 early in the second half. Florida led by as much as 32 and cruised to its fourth consecutive victory.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Florida shot 59.6 percent from the floor and improved to 11-1 versus Jacksonville under Billy Donovan. … The Gators' bench outscored the Dolphins' reserves 33-13. … Patric Young scored 13 points as five Florida players finished in double figures.
