Baylor 75, Texas Tech 48:
Junior forward Cory Jefferson scored 15 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the host Bears snapped a three-game losing streak with the Big 12 rout of the Red Raiders.

Point guard Pierre Jackson scored 15 points, a Big 12-best 30th straight game he's reached double figures, and 7-0 freshman center Isaiah Austin added 13 points and 13 rebounds for his Big 12-leading ninth double-double for Baylor (15-8, 6-4 Big 12).

Junior guard Jamal Williams Jr. had eight points and seven rebounds to lead Texas Tech (9-12, 2-8), which shot 28.8 percent from the floor and lost its fourth straight.

Texas Tech, which suffered its worst ever home loss to the Bears (82-48) in the first meeting on Jan. 8, was competitive early, taking a 14-11 lead on a Dejan Kravic jumper midway through the first half. But Baylor, with Brady Heslip connecting on a pair of 3-pointers, went on a 15-0 run over the next five minutes en route to a 37-25 halftime lead.

Baylor then broke the game open with another 16-1 run to start the second half to increase its lead to 53-26 as the Red Raiders missed their first 10 field goal attempts after intermission. Williams finally hit a 3-pointer with 12:06 remaining to snap the drought but Baylor would go on to lead by as many as 33 points down the stretch.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Baylor has won 17 straight games against in-state opponents. ... Jackson was 3-of-6 from 3-point range and and has made at least one trey in 34 consecutive games, the second longest streak in Baylor history behind LaceDarius Dunn's 45 consecutive games. ... The double-double was the eighth of the season for Jefferson.
