No. 22 Missouri 81, Vanderbilt 59:
Jabari Brown scored a game-high 21 points and Alex Oriakhi added 18 points and 12 rebounds as the Tigers got off to a red-hot start and routed the Commodores to remain undefeated at home.

Keion Bell and Phil Pressey scored 12 points apiece for Missouri (15-4, 4-2 SEC), which improved to 12-0 at home and has notched consecutive Southeastern Conference victories for the first time in its debut season in the league.

Rod Odom scored 17 points to lead Vanderbilt (8-10, 2-4), which had a two-game winning streak snapped and was never closer than 17 points in the second half.

After going 5-for-27 from 3-point range in Tuesday's home win over South Carolina, the Tigers got off to a blistering start Saturday, hitting 8-of-15 from beyond the arc in the first half. Five of those came during a 32-2 run that stretched for more than 11 minutes of the first half, helping Missouri open a 49-20 halftime lead.

The Tigers were without their leading scorer in senior forward Laurence Bowers, who missed his fifth straight game with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his right knee.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Missouri has allowed more than 70 points only four times this season — none at home. … The Commodores went 8-for-24 from 3-point range and have made at least one 3-pointer in 850 consecutive games — every game they've played since the inception of the 3-point line in 1986-87. … Missouri student Andrew Turpin made a half-court shot during a halftime promotion to win $5,000.
