Jeff Withey had 13 points and nine rebounds for the Jayhawks (18-1, 6-0 Big 12), who are expected to take over the top spot in the coaches' poll after No. 1 Duke lost to Miami earlier in the week.

Trailing by 15 points, the Sooners scored five straight to get within 56-46 before Elijah Johnson and McLemore knocked down threes to put the contest out of reach and extend the Jayhawks' home winning streak to 33 - the second-longest in the country.
