No. 3 Duke 73, Georgia Tech 57: Seth Curry scored a game-high 24 points, including eight during a 19-4 run that opened the second half, as the Blue Devils pulled away from the visiting Yellow Jackets.

Mason Plumlee recorded his 11th double-double of the season with 16 points and 13 rebounds for Duke (16-1, 3-1 ACC), which rebounded from its lone loss at North Carolina State on Saturday. Rasheed Sulaimon added 15 points for the Blue Devils, who improved to 10-0 at home.

Freshman Chris Bolden scored a career-high 20 points in his first start for Georgia Tech (10-6, 0-4), which has dropped four straight. Daniel Miller added nine points and nine rebounds for the Yellow Jackets, who turned the ball over 21 times.

Georgia Tech scored nine straight, capped by a Bolden 3-pointer, and held Duke without a point for more than five minutes to take a 26-19 lead. Curry and Sulaimon, who finished 9-of-11 from 3-point range combined, answered with 3-pointers and the Blue Devils closed within 28-27 at intermission.

Quinn Cook’s 3-pointer opened the second half scoring for the Blue Devils and they were on their way. Plumlee added six points in the big run for Duke, which shot 27.3 percent from the field in the first half and 53.1 percent in the second.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Duke is 15-1 after a loss since the start of the 2009-10 season. … Georgia Tech’s Robert Carter Jr. added eight points and nine rebounds. … Cook had five assists for the Blue Devils, giving him 31 in four ACC games.
